Rose Bar is Suncoast I was waiting in line at the Rose Bar is Suncoast to order a sandwich. On the counter on the other side where one would find all the chips and the ovens with the pies, there were cockroaches, running on the counter. This needs serious attention, My husband spoke to one of the floor managers, who was not even interested in my opinion.

Please Suncoast sort off the areas were food isserved

Luxurious rooms, friendly and helpful staff and delicious food, all set in breathtakingly beautiful gardens manicured to perfection.

Went on a family trip to the Arabella in Kleinmond. My lady + I ordered room service. I got food poisoning.

These things happen.
I was really really unhappy as family had flown in for a get away with my ill mother.

However, the way the Food & Beverage Manager handled the situation was a masterclass is bad leadership.

Avoid this hotel under all conditions...
