Think Smart Tutoring Bewertungen

During my 2 years of IB, I have booked lessons with one of the tutors from Think Smart. Catarina Frias has been an amazing tutor for these past 2 years. She’s very flexible with the lessons and always available for her students. Moreover, she’s very organized- always before each lesson she was sending the materials for the lesson. Cat is also very familiar with the IB Math AAHL curriculum, therefore she makes sure each lesson touches on different topics or papers. She has helped me to understand various aspects of the curriculum and made sure I understood after her explanation. I really enjoyed the tutor lessons with her and it helped me in increasing my final grade.

During my 2 years of IB maths AA HL, I worked with a mathematics tutor (Catarina) through Think Smart. She offered amazing explanations, was always prepared for lessons and helped me with any concern I had about the mathematics AA HL syllabus. Furthermore, she was very flexible with the timing of the lessons and always allocated enough time to finish explanation of any math topic. Strongly recommend tutoring with TS!

Very cooperative and helped with my preparation a lot. Got two months worth of class content done in 4 sessions really an amazing tutor.

I had booked multiple sessions with two tutors for my IB Math and Physics courses. Lena and Matylda were extremely helpful with these courses and I could not thank them more for their assistance in guiding me in the right direction.

The experience was great, it was effective and flexible across different days and hours making it easier for both student and teacher to manage their schedule. Kiran knows what the IB needs and take initiative.

All the tutors were excellent. They were able to teach me very good, in a supportive way.

I booked several sessions with Charlize Vinsen, who helped me with my IO and HLE. She was very responsive to my needs and was extremely willing to meet when I was available and give me comprehensive feedback I could easily understand. Not only did she help me improve my assignments, but she gave me the confidence I needed to conquer my IO!

The tutor who helped me with IB ESS was helpful and patient while helping out with how to do past papers, tips for structure when writing essays and would offer me to write her sample essays to look at outside of class on how to improve in answering the essay prompts given.

It helped me a lot thought my IB math journey!

It was great to schedule a specific amount of hours because it was reassuring to go into the test after many tutoring hours. It was also nice to be able to schedule flexible hours as we are all pretty busy this year.

She was very helpful and organized, also very understanding when I missed a lesson or was late. She made me understand things about economics that I understood as well as I did Chinese but now I’m Fluent.

We have been helped by Think Smart for the last three years of the IB Programme from MYP up until DP. All I can say is that their caliber of flexibility and diligence, has been second to none. Many thanks to Mo, Shrijita and Evan for guiding me all the way until the May exams! I have recommended this wonderful service to my friends and international school community

Matylda has been tutoring my son in mathematics since January, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Matylda pairs deep mathematical expertise with rare teaching talent and genuine care for her students. She helped my son with improving his grades, guided him through his IA, and most importantly gave him a lot of confidence before the finals. Thank you.

The Spanish tutor calls were super helpful and motivating. They really improved my understanding and confidence, especially in reading. Great support! definitely made a big difference in my prep :)

What made it so great was the fact that Charlize was actively listening to what I was saying and was offering suggestions to make my analysis even better. This goes for ESS as well and the structure she gave me for History. It truly was such a pleasant experience to have her as one of my tutors.

if you have the money for it, the tutors are very nice and useful. feels like you're talking to a smart classmate rather than a teacher. they know what they're doing and so far helped me a lot.

Working with Think Smart has been a great experience! We were really lucky to have Gonzalo—a young, Spanish-speaking tutor—guiding us. He must have been an excellent student himself, as he had all the content fresh in his mind and taught everything with great structure and clarity. My daughter and I truly appreciated his professionalism and dedication. Thank you, Gonzalo! Thanks to you, my daughter is now aiming higher in her Spanish A Literature IB finals.

I’ve been using Think smart for the past year and a bit and couldn’t be more thankful for their Help! I mostly worked with Daria Thaddee and Matylda which are all just as professional and helpful as you could possibly wish for! Daria by far is the most helpful and considerate English and economics tutor I’ve ever had, always made the effort to answer as soon as she could and helped with everything she is basically a walking library with all the information you’ll ever need!! Thaddee has always been able to help me understand topics I thought aren’t even possible to comprehend and has always done so in the most efficient and professional ways. And matylda is just simply the most perfect maths chemistry and TOK tutor out there! Who knew someone could master so many subjects yet still teach them with such perfection!! Very much recommend them all!

I’ve been working with Matylda on my physics before the exams and she is very familiar and comfortable with the material and able to explain it clearly and well. Very patient tutor who shows passion for their work!
