I ordered longchamp bag from vedeia but 5 days later I haven't received a dispatch email, I contacted the seller via email several times, but I didn't receive any response. So now am contacting my bank to report the order as a scam
I ordered a Longchamp bag for my sister's Birthday present, however I wanted to return as it's not the right size.
I have now sent four emails to the address given in the returns section of the website, and it keeps bouncing back.
I have no idea how else to get hold of the customer services team, as there is no telephone number and no online chat.
Vedeia only give 15 days to make a return, how am I meant to do that when I cannot get hold of you!

I had a really great experience with Vedeia.
Initially, I ordered a bag that turned out to be smaller than I expected. The measurements were listed on the website, but I didn’t quite realize how compact it would be, and the photos made it appear larger.
Although their return policy doesn’t accept opened products, their customer service went above and beyond. They kindly offered to send me a larger bag free of charge, which was such a generous solution.
The replacement arrived quickly and without any issues, and I absolutely love it — it’s exactly what I was looking for.
Overall, I’m very impressed with their support. The customer service is truly top-notch, and they made the whole experience feel easy and positive. I would definitely recommend them!
