The items I ordered had issues and they sent me a replacement, still that one did not work and I had to return it back. I am now waiting for my refund. In all these process EJ was so great , professional and understanding.
Stephen was a HUGE HELP to me. He was the 3rd contact I had spoken to and I was ready to return the mask. He HEARD what I said and was able to help me.
So, this is the 3rd review from me, regarding the product I purchased, which doesn’t do anything but get people’s hopes up, probably enough to believe it works! When they saw my bad review, they reached out and told me they would refund my money, on the basis that I change my review. Then they lied and said they don’t tell people to change their reviews, in order to get their refund! They read the last 4 digits of the card I used for purchase, but NEVER refunded the money back to my card!
I don’t have ONE good thing to say about this company! Their product stinks! Business ethics stink! Now that they have truly upset me, I will do everything in my power to put the word out about all this!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, OR BELIEVE THEIR NONSENSE!! If they were truly looking to make things right, they would’ve just done so, without the bribe!
Just purchased the red light therapy device. I had a lovely experience with Angel, who assisted me with this, as I had trouble on the website. I’m looking forward to trying the device.

I called Renewa Skin after receiving my order. Everything was there except the Renewa Eyelift. I spoke with Stephen in customer service and he was quite helpful. He apologized and he then asked if he could put me on a brief hold. He spoke to the warehouse and had them order the missing item to be sent to me. He came back on the phone and explained that I would get an email in 5min. and then a tracking number as soon as it shipped out. I received Stephen's email with another apology. To summarize this experience I am pleased with the customer support. Haven't tried the products
yet. But I'm excited to.

When I called customer Service this time I spoke with EJ.this time. He was very helpful and kind. I am not happy with the products and I’m asking for a full refund. Will keep you posted if they follow through with what they said. I just want to send everything back and get my money back. The glasses did not function properly. I had contacted the company twice before and they sent me videos didn’t help. They said they would send me a new pair didn’t happen as for the micro needle, lean in infusion absolutely impossible to open. The one I did get opened became discolored. The instructions are not well written and quite small the skin care products really no results whatsoever and I have been using my due diligence to try for two months, let’s see if Customer Service will give me a full refund as promised when I bought these products will keep you posted. They sent the product in a defective dispenser so I couldn't even try it. I told them I wanted my 100% MBG fulfilled and they said if I opened the product they couldn't guarantee my refund. How else can you try the product if it doesn't come out of the dispenser? I returned the product March 24th and I am still waiting for my refund. This company is a SCAM! They will do anything not to refund your money.

I don't know what happened with the first CSR that was handling my issue, but the manager that took over my case was professional and courteous and was able to follow through on the company's promises of customer satisfaction.

I would give negative numbers if I could. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. REnewa sent me a defective product that did not work. They had me send them a video which showed that only one side turned on. They said they would send a replacement. It never came. Then they said they had processed a refund. That never came. I went back to them and it all started over. They wanted me to pay to return it, which I refused to do since they had sent me a defective product. They should pay for the return. Then they said they would only give me a 30 percent refund. I am still going around in circles with customer service and no resolution. Am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and starting a dispute with my charge card company. The whole process has gone on for more than two months

I used this product and was beg to see results after a few day. Unfortunately the vibration quit working but the customer service department is sending me a brand new one. I'm pleased with the product.

Hi my name is Dora. I bought a Renewa lift this winter. I was enjoying the calming effect the treatments had on me. I used it faithfully every morning. After a while I noticed a problem with the hand held machine so I contacted the company. A very nice young man name Matthew was kind enough to look into my issue and without any hassles has told me they are sending me a replacement. Thank you again for helping me out and I will continue on my venture with improving the look of my skin.

I ordered two products from Renewa and I had to return one of them. I talked with Stephen on the phone and he made the return process so easy for me. The company responds quickly to any inquiries.

First off, it took me roughly 8 weeks to receive the Renewa/Skin micro-infusion system. I had to reach out twice as they will not inform you of delayed orders voluntarily. Once I received the product, I have 12 vials of serum and 4 of the micro needle heads. You're only supposed to use the needle head once! So, I have serum that I cannot use. Why would a company sell something customers can't use? Makes no sense. Used the product once so far. Of, course there are no immediate results like the marketing suggests however, I'm will to give it a couple of uses to make that determination. I won't reorder the product due to the horrible shipping time and being sold a product that I have no way of using due to ratio of needle heads to serum.
