I was alerted by my cc company about a purchase that I did not make and when I looked up the company for a phone number there's wasn't any! How do you conduct a legitimate business without a phone number!

I paid for a song, no were did i read you pay for only 40 sec song. I have sent many msg already no answer.

I actually like the product but it took 6 months to get here!

I like the product. I dislike how long it took to recover the package.

My shipment was delayed but no one told me. I only found out because I reached out after two weeks. I was offered to be able to cancel the order which I asked to do. Then I was ghosted by support and haven’t heard back from. It’s now been two weeks since that.

Had too wait 2 weeks for my first order and then when my second order got shipped so did the first one only after I had asked for a refund or something but I eventually got the products after 4 weeks and I used it as I was happy too quit nicotine and thinking this was a better option and got horrible headaches and am not happy spending $70 on something I won’t use

At first I was skeptical because I saw tons of bad reviews saying the flavor went bad, but in reality it feels smooth, and only took 1 hit I'd definitely Recommend though if you are trying to quit nic.

I just wish you had more of a selection of flavors. But I do like your product!

Slow shipping

the overall product is pretty good but what’s keeping it from being a 5 start is 1. It takes a while to arrive, waiting 2 weeks for it is pretty tiring and not very enjoyable so if there’s a way that’s can be fixed would be greater, 2. my melody bar only lasted me about a week and a half - 2 weeks before the flavor started fading and you can taste that the battery was geting burned out, a very metallic taste while i will say i did use it a lot as im recovering from a nicotine addiction i wished it could last longer . Overall a good product good price just those 2 flaws that take it back a little.

after using it for a bit it tasted burnt.
