Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company, their website is very misleading and by the time you discover it, they already have you. Tried canceling my order within minutes and was charged $3.99 printing charge for labels that where never done or utilized. Couldn't guarantee how long delivery would take plus didn't give all the information needed to even use their products. You have to have a UV Light for the polish to work properly and then the want to charge additional shipping for that. STAY AWAY

Scam
Scam! The magnets were huge and not what I wanted for false lashes. I reached out for a return and they instructed me to remove everything from the box, take photos. So I did. Then they told me because I took it out of the box it was not eligible for return and they wouldn’t refund my money. I’m writing a review anywhere I can about this company.

I guess i fell for the scam
I guess i fell for the scam, they do NOT work at all do not buy from them. Ive attempted for two days now. I read their pamphlet (not easy to follow because lashes are so thin and you can barely see the placement on the curler) the curler doesnt even close properly its cheap. I really hope i can get my money back $75 dollars with a discount what a scam

FALSE ADVERTISING!
Their ads clearly indicate that if you don’t end up with “great lashes” they will give you your money back. FALSE! I tried many times to use them, following all instructions and watching videos. Of course I knew they couldn’t be returned once they were used, but there was nothing mentioned about returning them. When I contacted the company for a refund, I was told they couldn’t give a refund for a used product. I pushed and finally got an offer for 50% refund, but it was clearly false advertising! I would not have tried the lashes if not for the money-back guarantee!

Magnet fell off lash
Magnet fell off lash. I tried for an hour to get the lashes on. The magnets have to be lined up exactly. Once I had them lined up and on they do not release from the magnetic applicator. Then I put one lash on top of my lashes and hand applied the bottom lash. Worked great. Then while putting eye liner on behind the lash, a magnet fell off. It could have easily fell in my eye.
Trygiani lashes are a waste of money.

I want to write a review before anyone else spends their hard-earned money on these lashes. If this were a site that honored their word, I wouldn't write this review. When I emailed customer service regarding an issue they started to ignore me. I'm a seller myself, and in business there will be a few issues. You should not ignore your customers. You don't ignore customers and expect to keep them. Good customer service and good reviews could earn a company trust and many more customers and much more money, but sadly this company does not operate honestly.
