Horrible company
Horrible company. I placed an order and got no order confirmation email and no response from the company when I emailed them asking them about my order and the order confirmation email.

I also asked them to cancel my order which went ignored as well. They shipped the order anyways and when they finally answered me they gave me a *** excuse saying they saw my cancelation after the order was processed and shipped and that they cant refund it because its in transit and offered a 5 percent refund. Like seriously? Not happening.
I have filed a chargeback and several complaints with bbb, ftc and internet crime and I even said id accept a $25 refund instead of the $40 I paid but I was again ignored. SO it looks like im gonna be taking this to small claims.
They have a reputation of being scammers so they already dont look good as a company as it is. But so be it
