Never received third vial
I have been waiting since December and I never got my third vial. They are not responding to messages or emails at all despite multiple attempts at being contacted. I would like a refund at this point.
Scam and possible fake meds.
Took forever to receive my order back in October. I tried to cancel but finally they sent it. However, I wonder what it was they sent because I started getting my trizepatide from my doctor and I have actually seen a difference. Whatever Anava sent me didn’t do anything for 12 weeks.

I ordered from them in September 2025, no follow up, no communication whatsoever. I ordered 3 months plan, they sent me 2 months vials in October and I haven’t heard anything since. The third vial was never shipped.

Anava is a total scam. They take your money and don't deliver product or respond. They don't return messages- they can't be even contacted outside of internal messages on their website to which they don't respond to. Both of my daughters recently "bought" GLP-1 product, one paid $598.95 in November for her second 3mo dose, they didn't deliver and have not returned any of of her attempts to message them for a refund. My other daughter paid $399.00 (back in October!) she too never got the product and they also did not respond to any of her attempts to get a refund. Neither got product or refund, Anava literally just stole their money. Their chatbot just says they will elevate the issue to the team to which never respond. They've ripped off my family combined almost $1,000. Avoid at all costs.

I would not order from this company again I did receive my medication it took a long time and it did work that the good part. But they are now having very bad issues and the owners has been reported to have legal issues please find another company I switch Brello so far so good

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I placed an order on 11/13/2025 and to this day 12/19/2025 I have not received my order. They are extremely hard to communicate with and the communication completely disappeared. They took my $330 dollars and not product, no way to get reimbursed. Also, the owner is in currently as of me writing this is in jail for fraud. Do not order from this company. Check Reddit the hundreds or other customers who have not received orders and the lack of communication with this company. They are still taking order that they cannot fulfill.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for a response. I emailed both email addresses I had , messaged through spruce (their patient portal app), messaged the CEO on Tik Tok and still nothing. The phone number on their website does not even work. I am due for my refill and now will be without medication. I really liked what I was using, and I am very disappointed because I was trying to order a 6 month supply. If you do not have enough help for the volume you have, do not continue to take new patients. SO UPSET. I am going to have to order from a different company.

At this point as a current customer who has already used them for 3 months that was fine. I renewed for 500 dollars and have been ignored!!!Will not respond! Placed order a month ago and complete silence...They charged my credit card like right away but now won't respond. I am guessing they went out of business and keep scamming people's money but I plan on making some phone calls to report fraud.

I placed an order on 11/1, was approved by a provider on 11/5. It is now 12/8 and I still have not received my order. I have since requested a refund via email and in Spruce. No response from Anava by email or Spruce. I would not recommend.

If I could post a zero star rating I would. I ordered a three month supply of tirzepatide on November 18, 2025. I have emailed them and used their spruce app to try to get in contact with them after they told me on December 1 that my order would be shipped on the 2nd and then complete radio silence. No one will answer me I’ve tried their AI bot on their website but that doesn’t work. I tried calling the number on their site and the number isn’t even connected to anyone. I’m about to file a fraud claim just to get my money back because I’m convinced this company shut down and is scamming people out of their money at this point. !!!DO NOT USE ANAVA HEALTH!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s communication. I’ve been trying to get a response for almost a month and have not heard a single word back—no call, no email, nothing. When you’re dealing with healthcare, timely communication is important, and this has been incredibly frustrating. I expected much better professionalism and responsiveness. At this point, I can’t recommend this company to anyone.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this company! I have placed an order on November 13th and it’s now December 3rd! I am almost a month behind on my last dose, already gained back 5 pounds and deeply regret switching companies. I understand the lengthy turnaround time you guys have but to ghost people when they simply ask for a status or any updates on their order is extremely unprofessional. For crying out loud, you guys are a healthcare company. Not responding for days, and even weeks makes me question if you guys even care about the people’s health or just our money. I’ve waited 8 business days since being approved, do I really have to wait until the 10th business day? That’s reaching and I’m over it! The whole point for me was to switch companies and get my medication all before the holidays. This was not on my bingo card. Please do your research. The low prices are not worth the long wait.

I placed my order on 11/19 and have yet to hear an update. I have emailed the support contact, had multiple chats with their AI bot, messaged on social media, called their number and messaged on spruce to no avail. This is completely unacceptable for a business and I have requested a refund. Very disappointed
