To begin with I have to say that at first I was not happy because I had only received a very partial shipment from the company, so I contacted them and their contact named Julia, was very helpful. After sending them a the picture of what I did receive showing what was missing, in actual fact which was a large portion of the order, she made arrangement to ship the missing items. It will take probably a couple of weeks before it gets here, but at least it's on the way so I am much appreciative of her efforts to go above and beyond.

I haven’t even received my shampoo. What gets 1 star is that after I placed order you had to watch 2 high pressure sales pitches to put your order through. I’m hoping the shampoo works well because the marketing is used car sales person😬

When notice came in about a new shipment, I was not yet in need of more product. So I quickly emailed "Athena" requesting autoship be cancelled since I would rather not stock it ahead of time. Julia responded to my request & cancelled the order. I truly appreciate her help. Thank you, Julia!!

I was concerned about the order I placed on-line so i sent an email regarding that. I received a quick response from Julia with a confirmation that my order was received!
I was very relieved that i was not scammed!

I barely had to do anything. Sent an email with photos of the problem and it was solved before I blinked!!! I’ve never experienced that.

Athena’s amazing customer support team, specifically Julia, helped process a stress free order cancellation. I had mistakenly ordered a years worth of products and didn’t realize it until seeing my receipt via email.. Shame on me for not immediately checking my email. It was the next day. Julia processed my order cancellation and shared refund information. She put my mind at ease. Thank you Julia & I will be super careful about my orders from now on. 🌷
