We visited White City Westfield because our Machine was not working and Tamer had been very helpful and kind to give the replace another used Machine gun which was working.

I bought the massage gun from the Naidex exhibition and found it to be harsher than the one I tried as a demo, so not suitable for my needs. Initially I found it difficult to get in touch with customer services but as soon as they realised I had a problem they went out of their way to resolve it for me. Very happy now.

I purchased a Percussion Massage Gun from Truviv at Hounslow Shopping Mall on 12th Feb 2025, expecting a high-quality product for the £100+ I spent. However, within the first few days of use, on 15th Feb 2025, the device started making unusual noises, and suddenly, the sound intensified before it completely stopped working.

When I tried to return it or seek support, I discovered that Truviv had vanished from the mall, with no trace of their stall or any contact details left behind. I managed to find the contact details from the Website but that support number (020 3281 1868 ) always redirecting to voicemail.This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to sell premium wellness products!

I feel cheated and misled by Truviv, and unless they refund my money or provide a replacement, I strongly warn others to stay away from purchasing from them. A reputable brand should stand by its products and support its customers, not disappear without any means of contact!

Truviv, if you care about your reputation, do the right thing—refund my money or send me a working product!

I recently purchased a massage belt from Tamer at Westfields London. I have experienced back pain for 2 years brought on by degenerative disc disease in my lower back. Steroid injections, weekly physio, regular painkillers and I can honestly say this belt is fantastic. The service I received from Tamer was amazing, not at all pushy, very informative allowing me to trial the product for a good period of time before I decided to purchase it. If I can say I was in tears walking around just before, that’s no lie… my back pain improved afterwards and I’m sure with regular usage it will continue to help me. Massager wouldn't start working the day after I bought it and I haven't heard back from anyone about it. I have made contact with you 4 times over the last four weeks and have heard nothing back.
