We bought a massage gun from Westfield White City from Mr Tamer. He is an amazing sales person and a very friendly member of staff. He exactly knows what the customer needs. This is our second buy from the same company and our old machine stopped working but Mr Tamer changed the battery free of charge. We highly recommend this company, Truviv, to anyone who wants to buy a massage gun. We are very happy with the product and the customer service.

The massage gun has recently stopped working, will not charge, I contacted the company via email asking the following
“I have a truviv Mini Storm Percussion Massage Gun and it has stopped working, it will not charge.
Can I get this repaired?”
The serial no is: 2112****

A reply came the next day

Thank you for your email and sorry to hear that the the machine stopped working , please can you send us your receipt.

I replied the next day stating

“Hi
Thank you for your email.
I’m afraid i no longer have the receipt for it, i purchased it from the Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush.
I do still retain the original packaging which is in perfect condition as is the unit its self.”

24 days later I still haven’t heard anything from them.

I just need an answer.

It is very good and relaxing. And also trusted one for better results compare to the cheaper ones. I totally loved it.

This is my second purchase with the same person called Mibo. He is very knowledgeable and professional in his job, describe in details each part of the massage machine.
