Truvani has been great from the start! I originally bought some and tried it with water but I didn’t love it however after finding some good recipes, I changed my mind quickly and it’s become my farts way to add protein into my diet! I also have to rave about their customer service! I had an issue with my account and they were so helpful during the entire process and made an easy fix for me! I highly recommend Truvani

I started purchasing Truvani protein powder several years ago. Being a vegetarian I prefer to use plant based products. Not only does the product use a limited amount of ingredients it tastes great! I highly recommend this product.

I have celiac disease and have to be very careful of what I put in my body. This company has given me a piece of mind that is very hard to find nowadays, they all natural and healthy ingredients has made my life a lot more easier and you get the bonus of great tasting easy to mix protein drinks, thank you!

I do wish that the website were more user-friendly and being able to adjust my products for my auto deliveries. However, when I had struggles, customer service addressed it quickly and efficiently by email. That being said, this is a product that my husband and I use for lunch every day I work with a functional medicine doctor and my products need to be as clean as possible, as well as gluten-free, dairy free and sugar-free. Truvani works perfectly for me!! My fav is chocolate. Thank you for being clean and transparent with your product.

Their customer service is great. I love their protein shakes because there are so many flavors to choose from. Their protein powder mixes smoothly and tastes great. I love their protein bars as well. They are soft, chewy and delicious.

Shipping was quick and everything thing arrived in a timely manner. I love the lemon and vanilla protein shakes and I love my new shaker! Highly recommended!

Love Truvani. The products are tasty and easy on my stomach. Protein and Greens is great in morning coffee and cereal. Recipes for pea Proteins are so good and the flavors are awesome. Especially Vanilla Chai! I tried the collagen and I was really happy with how it dissolves and has no taste. Thanks for great products that help me with my health goals.

Firstly, the pea protein is awful. I ordered a sample packet just to try it. I was unaware it was a subscription, and was sent a second order without clear notification it was being sent. Long story short, customer service was very nice, however nothing has been resolved to my satisfaction. A terrible, frustrating experience overall. Do not recommend!

I really like the Truvani shakes and all the natural ingredients. I am sensitive to many ingredients that are in so many things. I was excited to find a product that has only a few ingredients. I was looking for something that doesn’t use stevia and I appreciate that Truvia only uses monk fruit.

I purchased the chocolate and vanilla. They taste really good! I have been leary of plant protein but this tastes much better than others I have tried. They also have great customer service and answered my email questions promptly.

I always read labels on everything. And I love that Truvani doesn't have anything bad in it. It's all good for the body and makes me feel good that I'm purchasing healthy ingredients for my family when I buy Truvani products. It's important to vote with your dollars and consume clean food! My family loves the refreshing taste of the plant based protein lemon cookie and the strawberry one as well. Thanks you Truvani

I just wanted to commend you, Truvani, on your remarkably creative interpretation of “20 servings per container.”

After purchasing your product for the third time—and using the included scoop exactly as provided—I’m consistently getting about 14 servings. Not 19, not 18… 14. At this point, I have to assume the extra six servings exist in the same dimension as good customer faith.

I’ve considered a few possibilities:

* Perhaps the scoop is meant to be used by a team of trained professionals?
* Maybe the serving size assumes subatomic precision?
* Or the container includes a complimentary serving of optimism that I’m supposed to consume instead?

Whatever the case, the gap between label and reality isn’t subtle—it’s about 30%. That’s not rounding error, that’s a full-blown alternate narrative.

I appreciate that brands sometimes rely on “typical values,” but I’d be curious to know under what conditions a customer is actually expected to achieve the advertised 20 servings. Because right now, the only consistent thing about this product is that it runs out early.

If there’s a revised definition of “serving” I should be aware of, please let me know. Otherwise, it might be worth aligning the label with what customers can reasonably expect in the real world.

Looking forward to your explanation—and hopefully one that doesn’t require me to relearn basic counting.

The order arrived in a timely manner and what needed to be fixed they responded also in a timely manner and fixed the problem. I like the products yet Ill know more about the vitamin D supplements I ordered once I see my doctor again in three months. Over all I truly like the natural products and how they taste and the customer service team.

Ordering was easy; free gifts weren’t added to my order and so they sent me the free gifts separately. Very kind customer Devi e and great tasting protein. I’ll keep my subscription.

Truvani has made a huge difference in our overall health since November 2024. The protein is clean with a taste that we enjoy in our coffee every day. We appreciate the transparency of Truvani in providing a complete ingredient list on products. We use both the vanilla plant protein and the collagen peptides. Increasing our protein and collagen is part of our focus on health and eating clean which has improved our health overall which we see in our blood test results that are now all green. This was not the case in November 2023. Thank you Truvani for your excellent products and customer service!

Receiving one of truvanis orders came damaged. These delivery guys don’t handle our package as well and unfortunately, one of my protein bags came damaged like ripped open and I sent a message to customer service and they were so helpful. They responded super fast and made sure that I was taken care of. They resend me another bag Along with some free samples, which was very sweet of them. I’m very big with customer service and I have to say this is the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Definitely gonna order from them again.

Truvani is a wonderful company, with delicious clean protein powders. I won’t ever use anything else. It’s great for shakes, mixing with Greek yogurt and for baking!

I had a great experience so far with Truvani. They were having a sale where if you buy 5 bags of protein powder, you get some free gifts so that's what I did. We got the package in a decent time and we tried out the peanut butter protein powder first. I won't lie, we didn't end up enjoying it so instead of trying the other flavors (I don't want to give them negative reviews because of the ONE flavor we didn't like when we didn't even try the others), we decided we wanted to go back to our old favorite. Truvani replied to my email fast, even offered extra stuff for our next subscription order, which I appreciated. I still ended up going through with the refund and even though we had to pay to ship it back, which I understand and am okay with, the shipping process was a breeze.

I love the ingredients in these protein powders! I also want to point out that we tried the plant-based ones and some people say they prefer the whey-based ones. I haven't tried those either and have only tried the peanut butter dairy-free ones, which is another reason I don't want to give them a negative review.

I don't like that the company doesn't answer their telephone Not everybody has computers and has the vision especially if you're senior citizen to go online That's number one some of the powders are fantastic I haven't tasted all of them but whatever you recommend 16 oz I always go 2 oz less for a thicker taste So far I love the pumpkin spice and there was two other ones that I really really like can't remember them offhand Now the promotion products I have to admit they were interesting but the quality was lacking I prefer if you're going to promote something you do one quality promotion with one good item as opposed to inexpensive cheaply made frother and even the container except for the glass that was nice but the container I got a red one It's very cheaply made Again when you're doing promotions you should just focus on one item that is quality in terms of the product I love the idea of the product I love that it's sugar-free I love that it's natural I don't know if it's a complete meal replacement but so far so good thank you

While this product is not something I will purchase again, I found it to be too powdery tasting and could not distinguish the flavor of the samples I tried, with exception to the vanilla which I could taste; I believe it to be a truly good product and it has everything I was looking for...with the exception of the powdery taste that I could not adjust to. However, I am 77 years old and find there are many things I can no longer adjust to when it comes to food and beverages. I do know the ingredients were everything I was looking for. The fact that it was nondairy and used Monk Fruit Extract as a sweetener(rather than sugar) or any of the other plant-based sweeteners which leave horrible after tastes, makes it a great product even though it was just not for me. All I can say is give it a try, just because it didn't work out for me does not mean it won't work for you!
