So - Please dont compare this to a data tool stealth or £350 tracker systems - its horses for courses BUT this is the best tracker you will get for budget - the system and app are very standard with limeted functions but i havent had any issues, for buying a tracker costinds£7.99 with super fast delivery and a easy to setup AND 14 days free trial - So its unfare to compare this to something that is x40 the price - the top up is super easy and the support they offer at the end of the phone on a UK standard landline without the call centre hassle is crazy good - TRUTRAK is here to stay and will be hands down a market leader in consumble easy priced tracking for the safety of ensuring your vehcile is safe - Yes it isnt insurance approved and other trackers are on the market but you will NOT get same bang for buck no where - i think there too cheap and i work in the industry - i got this to test and have a play with - so yeah - What more can i say - £8 get one, 14 days trail if you dont like it you have lost a bigmac meal - easy as that - but i am going to get a few more for the other cars and bikes i have - keep up the good work TruTrak and i hope the app will devolp over time but its a cost game more on devolpment more on the prouct and subscription -

Absolutely brilliant product. Top quality professional customer service, they’re quick to reply, helpful and give great advice- they’re friendly- real people! The system itself is simplicity itself, they arranged fitting (and moving from one car to another!) the fitter was a nice guy. The system does exactly what it should- never had an issue and the piece of mind is excellent. Better than systems that cost four or five times as much.

My first tracker from Trutrack a few weeks ago is working great along with a very professional backup team based in Ipswich who are extremely helpful that I decided to purchase another 2 trackers last week, one for my 2nd car and one for my son's Range Rover Evoque. Brilliant for the price.

Customer service team went above and beyond. I didn't realise that my Tru Trac device has stopped working due to a network update by the network provider. Tru trac proactively contacted me as was unaware the device had stopped working. Jo was great calling me back when she said she would and escalating my case to Jay who also contacted me and agreed a way forward.

I have to say this is a great value tracker and the customer service is amazing . The system is easy to set up . Easy to hide on your vehicle , not like the simple to spot battery attached system. The app works well and is easy to navigate. Customer service rang on the set up day to make sure all was well and did I have any questions. Fantastic.

Great company to deal with, I have used TruTrak for about 5 years now.
Recently a vehicle battery died and the attached tracker was affected, TruTrak replaced the tracker with no issue at all.

Decided to try TruTrak for my trackers and what an outstanding company with pure customer focused business ethics!! I was dealt with brilliantly on the phone and even got a call back from Shannon who assisted and guided me through the app & any questions I had! Thank you so much to TruTrak for not only looking after our assets, but employing real customer orientated ethical staff who are definitely an asset to this company!!

Amazing customer service who were more than happy to help a technophobe, such as as myself, through the ins and outs of the GPS tracker I had purchased. Incredible value for the price too, given how robust (and accurate) the device is. Shoutout to Shannon who went over-and-above to help me with my queries.

Absolutely superb customer service! I wasnt aware my device wasn't communicating due to the poor 2g signal in my area, they called me to make me aware, went through everything, had the unit back to test, there was still an issue with 2g so sent me an upgraded 4g unit free of charge.
You have certainly restored my faith in customer service, if only other companies could follow suit! Even supplied a new certificate of installation for the new unit. Brilliant bit of kit & brilliant customer service. What more could you ask for! 👏

But I ordered one from tru trak and so fantastic all ways keep me updated batteries last long time,
I am so pleased with it so I bought another 2 I would recommend this company trackers spot on,

I have had a TT Tracker on my bikes for a while now, and when my son started riding, I made sure I fitted one to his. His bike was stolen in the early hours of Feb 3rd and unfortunatly he let the credit lapse a month earlier. He topped up a month, and I contacted their support and Spoke to Neeve whom said she would try and push through the upate manually. This worked and I managed to recover my sons bike from the woods 3 miles from his home. Thank you!

This is the forth device fitted on my families cars they are extremely reliable well made and have many useful driver features, great price and easy fitting. i spent over 20 years in the tracking industry installing the best devices all at premium prices. Trutrak units are any bit a good as the best without the price tag. 5* product at 5* prices.

Following an issue that developed with my tracker I returned it for a no quibble replacement. The only thing that delayed this was the postal delays just before Christmas!
The replacement was popped into my car and declared I'd left my geofenced zone withing a couple of minutes of my initial 5min setup drive.
Perfect. A great company to deal with!

I had one of their trackers for over a year now originally bought it to watch a vehicle during a warranty claim but kept it going after the trial, bought from Amazon for little money. Subs are reasonable but overall i wasn’t impressed with it. The staff are super helpful and responsive the tracker isn’t accurate always had my vehicle up the road from my drive and I suffered lots of alerts during charging of the vehicles battery until the office switched off something the road tracking was quite accurate. But the alerts were useless, an email alert that the vehicle had moved often to late, never was really convinced it would help if the vehicle was taken off the drive. Even more so now you can buy jammers for £20 on line.
It was easy to fit I gave it a great view of the sky just under a thin bit of plastic under the dash, they do say fit it on the battery under the bonnet there is to much metal for my liking between the gps antenna and sky and it’s to visible there
App is okay but a little limited my wife found it confusing in setting up

Over all it’s quite good, cheap to buy and subscribe to great for keeping an eye on stuff but alerts poor. If I needed a cheap tracker I would try these chaps again.

Caitlin has been absolutely superb, I had my tracker fitted today and I’m pleased with the customer service and transparency. A trustworthy service and I am confident my car is equipped with the right kit to deter thieves. I would recommend Trutrak to those looking for peace of mind.

I fitted a TruTrak after hearing so many stories of car s being stolen locally . One of my neighbours actually had her car stolen after previously fitting a Trutrak despite not knowing the car had a factory fitted one . When she realised it had been stolen she tracked the car via Trutrak and recovered it herself in a local pub car park . The thieves had actually ripped out the factory fitted one but at least she got the car back.
