I’m giving this law firm three stars mainly because they responded quickly after I reached out — they got back to me fast and were clear in their reply.

That said, their response was essentially to say they wouldn’t take on the case. I got the impression that they avoid anything that might require real effort or deeper involvement. They seem more suited to routine, low-risk matters that don’t demand much thought.

If you have a more serious or complex issue, I wouldn’t count on them.

I was being seen off by an insurance company Truth. Legal came to my rescue very professional understanding and honest could not be named better than Truth legal will only ever use this company in the future

I asked Louis to help me with applying for an extension to my spouse visa. We started a company which our income came from and, unfortunately, we didn’t have the required 12 months’ of records. Long story short, Louis provided me with advice as to what visa to switch to and what information and documents to provide. It was still significant work to put everything together, as I did the application myself (as some years ago, I used to work as a lawyer), but with Louis’ clear advice and list of documents to provide, I received my new Visa within 3 months. Applying for a new Visa was a stressful situation, but it was always a good experience to deal with Louis. In addition to being a good lawyer, he is also a very nice person.

Exceptional employer visa sponsorship support

This is the second time we have used Louis at Truth Legal, this time for a spouse visa renewal, and both times he has been exactly what we needed. He was always patient, reassuring and professional, and perhaps most importantly persistent in the face of an often unreasonable home office! Highly recommend for immigration matters, Truth Legal are also much more reasonably priced compared with some bigger firms which simply hand you off to a junior advisor.

Truth Legal dealt with my personal injury claim and my review of them is that they provided excellent service. They listened to what I had to say, they acted quickly in my best interests and this was resolved within approximately 1 year resulting in a positive outcome.
