Fantastic customer care
I ordered a candle but was concerned about the delivery date as it was a birthday present. I telephoned the company who immediately checked my order and expedited it that same day. The candle was delivered the very next day. Amazing customer care. Thank you.

Bottle not suitable for purpose.
I have been buying True Grace products for years and absolutely love them. I purchased a number of small bottles of Black Lily fragrance oil (some as gifts) for my electric diffuser and oil burner.
The fragrance is great, as usual, but the bottles do not have a dropper system so it is impossible to add them to the water without spilling the oil.
Customer service informed me that the product was only for use in their electronic diffusers – the description on the website does not say this: it actually says that they can be used in oil burners.
I have had to purchase new bottles with droppers and decant the oil into them in order to use the product.
I know True Grace have previously used different bottles – please revert back to them because they are so much more fit for purpose.

One of the best fragrance companies
I have been buying from True Grace for more than a year and the service has always been very reliable. The items are always well packed for safe delivery. Love the unique fragrance and good quality of their diffusers and candles. The loyalty scheme is well appreciated as well. Overall, I would highly recommend True Grace.

This is the worst service I've experienced for years.

Awful dispatch times and Refund failed!
*Edit to say the money has been refunded on 31/03/2025.
Ordered on the 8th of March by 23rd March they had still not been dispatched. Emailed true grace to cancel my order, to which they agreed and cancelled the order. However I’ve now received a notification from PayPal saying the refund had ‘failed’ and been ‘cancelled’ by True Grace.
Emailed True Grace to try get this resolved as a matter of urgency due to the outstanding refund, and have been ignored. Yet they’re still sending out marketing emails?
I’ve had to get PayPal involved to try and recover my money.
