Easy experience. Having used other London-based watch dealers before this, this was by far the easiest. Brought a watch from Trotters online, could not get to the store but dealt with the staff via what’s app chat, gave advice, helped with issues and was very helpful in everything I needed. Brought the watch got sent when I was told, received it quickly as told and was very happy with the purchase. Very professional and knowledgable will definitely use again, very very happy thank you.

I can’t even tell you who helped me! It could have been Freddie, however they were absolutely amazing, I got it as a wedding anniversary present for my husband and they sourced the specific item so quickly! It was delivered the next day once sourced and paid for. I’m so grateful and my husband was so happy with his gift. Thank you so much for sourcing it and shipping it so quickly!
