Very disappointing experience overall
Very disappointing experience overall. The staff and management were unprofessional and difficult to deal with when issues came up. Support was slow and not very helpful, which made resolving problems frustrating.
For the price being charged, the service simply doesn’t deliver the level of reliability or customer care you would expect. Communication and professionalism need serious improvement.
Based on my experience, I would recommend looking into other hosting providers before choosing this one.

Absolutely terrible staff are horrible, even to partners and paid servers. Staff are lazy to do stuff and you can also get banned for saying your not interested in purchasing something over priced

Been the best experience for hosting, Been great, up constantly and great for a 24/7 Live Server For a Content Creator like me, I have a 16GB 600% and 150GB server for a good price and the performance is great. I can 100% Recommend this.

I have been a customer for over 2 momths now and I have nothing but good things to say.
First the support, amazing. Always responds within less than 30 minutes. Having 24/7 support is awsome meaning I can get help whenever I need it. (TeamTagz and Bluestone were really helpful)
Second the pricing, its super cheap! Only 75p per GB is insane for what it is, I have seen other providors which charge way more.
Third free servers, if you don't need much the free servers are amazing! I love how they stay on 24/7.
Best hosting ive ever used!!

Great Service
Tropical games pretty much gave me the best experience that they could. My mc server had its full potential, its just that maintenance is long and a bit too frequent

Great Support Team
The support from Tropical Hosting is really good. They reply fast and are always kind and helpful. When I had problems with my Minecraft server, they explained things in a way that was easy to understand and helped me fix it quickly.
They are patient and don’t make you feel bad for asking questions. It’s nice knowing that help is always there if something goes wrong. Overall, the support makes hosting a Minecraft server much better.

Incompetent support blamed me for their own network issues
I am an experienced FiveM server owner, and I can say with certainty that Tropical Hosting does not understand basic networking. My server was terminated after they claimed I had misconfigured my ports.
To prove it wasn't a client-side issue,
Completely disabled the VPS firewall.
Manually allowed all FiveM ports (30120 TCP/UDP).
Performed a 100% fresh install of the FiveM artifacts.
Despite this, the ports remained closed because the block was at their network/edge level, which they refused to check. My developer also confirmed the issue was on their side. Instead of fixing their routing, they banned me from their Discord and terminated my service. They did refund me, but only after wasting my time and killing my community's uptime. Avoid this host if you want a professional service
