My experience with Tropifruit was less…

My experience with Tropifruit was less than ideal. Initially, I was thrilled with my first order as the fruit was tasty, prompting me to purchase another box. Unfortunately, the second delivery wasn't as satisfying because half of the contents were spoiled. When I reached out to the company to talk about the issue, they requested photos. Who holds on to spoiled fruit? It was already disposed of.

Perishable goods delayed in transit

The package contains perishable goods, but it wasn't delivered on Friday even though I was home all day. I had an email from Evri saying they would try again on Monday.

Didnt send what i paid for

It states that the coco box inclues 4 fresh coconuts and you only sent me one. In what world would someone pay 25 pound for one coconut? Ive used these fruit companys plenty of times and this is the first one to mess up an order so badly.

Delivery a little tardy which is…

Delivery a little tardy which is probably why the snakeskin fruit had gone over as had the mangosteen.
Well, I have just received a reply to my review- 6 months later- which rather proves my point.

I was very disappointed in my soursop

I was very disappointed in my soursop, it arrived rotten to the core, after opening it the next day, we found the whole fruit was brown and rotten and had to thrown away, will never buy from this company again !!!

The soursop I ordered had a mushy black…

The soursop I ordered had a mushy black circular indent on the side . Like a some point it has been damaged and had then rotted on the damaged area . Was expecting no issues due to price of the fruit but am slightly disappointed on the condition it arrived in . The packaging it arrived in was not damaged in any way so leads me to believe the damage to the fruit was done before it was sent out for delivery.

Have had two orders from them and just…

Have had two orders from them and just ordered third time. First twice fruit was very tasty and I received more than I ordered which was a nice bonus as I liked both fruit (Mangosteens and snake fruit)

Box of 24 juices

Ordered a box of 24 juices from the 7 available. All unique and freshly cold pressed. My favourite for sure is Dragon Drops and the good thing is the juices can be done with or without the seeds...(I prefer with seeds and all the good bits) Ordered for collection which was easy to obtain from the instructions and communication with one of the members. Definitely recommend and next time I'll get a box of fruits as they're not commonly seen in a casual supermarket

Poor Communication

I am really disappointed with Tropifruit. I ordered a box and it was delicious so I ordered a second box, half of which had gone rotten. I tried to discuss this with the company who asked for photographic evidence. Who keeps rotten fruit? I had already binned it.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed! Ordered for a particular fruit, was not advised this was not in stock and sadly received a box of alternates, which were something I could have gone to any supermarket for( and would have cost a lot less). Box was beautifully packaged but sadly style over substance. My order was more of a box of pot luck than what I had specifically ordered and when you pay £6.99 for delivery, I would not expect this.
Advised I should have received an email saying stock was not available and would be refunded, no email of this nature and it would be nice to have had a choice whether to substitute or cancel order. Customer service responses are slow and I am still waiting on a refund. I wouldn't recommend
