Our advertised lead time is 7–10 working days for production, plus the delivery service selected at checkout. This is stated on our website and order confirmation, as our items are manufactured to order.
Your order was dispatched within the advertised production lead time and sent using the delivery service selected at checkout. We also offered the option to upgrade the delivery service, but unfortunately did not receive a response.
We are sorry that you were unhappy with the acrylic medals ordered. These were supplied as described, but we are always disappointed when a customer is not happy with their order.
We would always encourage customers to contact us directly if they have any concerns, so we have the opportunity to look into the issue and try to resolve it.
