I have heard a lot about creatine's importance for not only strength building, but also for cognition as we age. I am a 68 year old gym junkie, so I thought I should give it a go. My first experience with another creatine powder was terrible, as I had gut and reflux issues. However, when I tried Tropeaka, I had none of those issues and the flavours were delicious!
