Poor job security and unprofessional management. Salary was delayed/ held without proper reason. Employee are expected to work overtime but are not fairly compensated. Management does not support employee, especially during personal emergencies. Work culture is stressful, and managers often shift blame instead of solving problems. growth opportunities and learning very bad. Overall, the company lacks transparency and employee -friendly very bad policies.

I applied for a full-time design role and completed multiple interviews and a design task. Only at the end was I told the role was actually an internship, despite project-level responsibilities and travel expectations. The compensation offered was far below minimum wage for the workload. A last-minute interview rescheduling also forced me to extend my stay, with no reimbursement. Disappointing and unprofessional process.

I worked at Triumfo Techno Group Pvt. Ltd. for the past two years. However, when I resigned, they withheld my salary for two months and never paid it. It has been a full year since this happened. Don't waste your time there, as the HR is useless, and the boss is extremely unprofessional. Everyone there is worthless and despicable. Anjali is very unprofessional and will do anything for money.
Increment is given for 2 years and then no increment is given.

This the first year we cooperated with Triumfo, all great, wish we can have a better design for the next year.

We worked with Triumfo for our exhibition at AIX and I was so disappointed.
The stickers in the wall were not aligned, the communication was poor, they confirmed the stand without our approval.
Some things such as lights were not as the ones we required and they never informed u about that, when I sent them a message to ask about it they just said it broke on the way and they had to replace, however no one never told us that.
The people onsite did not speak English so the communication was inexistent.
We ordered plants for our booth they arrived on the exhibition day and they were two tiny plants completely different than what we requested.
Honestly I would never go with them again, our booth looked cheap, and I did not appreciate the lack of communication during the whole process.
