Excellent experience

I recently perform Umrah (Saudia Arabia) through Trips.Pk and their agent for handly my case was Miss. Ujala. I had a very great time over there. From the start of the tour to the finish, they guided and managed my tour excellently from flights, hotel to our private transportation. I am very much satisfied with their services.

I availed their Umrah services for my parents. From guidance to planning and execution, everything was top notch. Mr. Zaheer is very cooperative and their team is very professional.

I had a chance to visit their office too in Lahore. My overall experience was very good. Now, I am waiting for the visa.

We performed Umrah through trips.pk and it was indeed a great experience. Accommodations were perfect. We really enjoyed staying over there and we got luxury and comfortable vehicles for traveling between sacred cities. Infact everything was top notch and the experience is never forgetable. We recently completed our customized Umrah trip planned by Trips.pk, from 23rd July to 1st August and I must say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, ensuring a smooth and spiritually fulfilling journey for our family.

Our stay in Makkah was at Hotel Badar Al Maqasa, located just 700 meters from Haram. The rooms were very clean, equipped with uninterrupted air conditioning, an electric kettle for tea, a fridge, daily cleaning service, and clean washrooms with dryer facilities — everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

In Madinah, we stayed at Zowar International Hotel, which was even more modern and well-maintained. It offered the latest amenities, including a fridge, electric kettle, and in-room locker, making our stay peaceful and convenient.

Private transportation was arranged in a luxury vehicle, ensuring comfortable rides from Jeddah to Makkah and Makkah to Madinah. All ziarat were also arranged using luxury cars, and the entire itinerary was well-planned and executed as scheduled. The on-ground team in both Makkah and Madinah was extremely cooperative and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile.

A special thanks to Mr. Bilal for organizing such a memorable Umrah trip for our family. We truly appreciate his efforts and professionalism throughout the process.

I live in Istanbul (Turkiye) and intended to perform customized Umrah individually during the most demanded last days of Ramadan including Eid ul Fitr...
No Travel agency in Turkiye agreed to do so without group packages..

It was great experience offer UMRAH with trip.pk everything gone great from medina airport pickup to hotel and hotel was great and then 5 days were amazing stay in Medina and then again pickup to makkah and everything was in time and then to makkah hotel and 5 great days in makkah and I must say everything was greatly planned by trip.com and we have not faced any problem anywhere on UMRAH trip hotels were great and very near to Harams good choice food was amazing in buffets and then last pickup by Hijaz ways to jeddah airport and it was a great service of pickup and drop very experienced drivers and very respectable thanks trip.com and Mr Zaheer of trip.com
