Recently bought a few jackets online to try on. The jacket's fit is slim and non-bulky, exactly what I was looking for, since I don't plan to be layering a lot on these. I landed on the Eldridge Men's Goose Down Parka for its clean style, and when I wore it, I could feel the warmth indoors. Quality is solid, from what I can tell.

The return process was simple. And the best part was that I accidentally misplaced an object inside the return box. They shipped it back to me without charge or questions.

I would definitely recommend getting a jacket/coat here if they ever restock.

Their selection is very poor.Most of their popular models are always sold out, indicatiing very poor inventory management. Reply to my email confirmed that they are discontinuing several of their best sellers. Will not buy from them again!!

Worst clothing experience of my life. You might as well not be wearing a coat. It's a terrible quality product. The second I put it on, I knew it was a low-tier product, so I should have listened to the other reviews. They market themselves as a knockoff of Canada Goose, but as cold as I still was wearing this jacket, the more I regretted not spending the extra bucks. It also had an odor, like cheap chemical-dyed clothing that was out of the box. I tried to return it, but they did not put the tag on properly, so they would not accept the return when it fell off. It might look okay, but it indeed felt like a triple idiot.

Great jacket, awesome quality! Definitely worth every single dollar spent on it. Despite the negative reviews, the product, customer service and overall experience is nothing short of positive.

This website is a scam DO NOT buy from them!! They sent me the wrong coat, a cheaper,shorter and uglier coat to what I ordered! After paying $670 they sent me the wrong coat and now they won’t answer my emails ! They say they have a “ live web chat “ which is an absolute lie they have no live web chat and nobody to help!! I have sent in excess of 6 emails begging somebody to fix the mess they created and all I hear is crickets! They ROBBED ME of $60 dollars and sent me a coat I don’t want now they are ignoring me! After paying hundreds for a coat to be tossed to the side like this is disgraceful! This website is a SCAM do not buy from them or you will lose your hard earned hundreds like I did!!

The plus is that its a warm jacket which is what I wanted. I Cant fault that so Bravo. The downside is that after a year and half the shoulders faded to a lighter colour but it was too late to change. Stubbornly I have stuck with it for longer than I should have done despite the odd sarcastic comments :) and get some value but now it looks really awful so its got to go!

The jacket delivered to me was unsuitable because of its disgusting odour. I requested a return and the customer service rep I liaised with (Ralph), was rude, obnoxious and utterly unapologetic. He did not offer me a replacement jacket or express any accountability for sending me a odorous jacket, which had clearly been in storage for months and had that damp/fishy smell typical of products that have been in storage too long. He told me to return the jacket to him (from London) and then refused to cover the return postage costs. I paid £40 in delivery fees to acquire this jacket and Ralph refused cover the return costs of £20, despite me willing to compromise and share 50% of the postage costs. When I told him I would start a case with American Express to recoup my postage costs (luckily, I had purchased the jacket with Amex who have an excellent fraud team) Ralph told me to go ahead, and STILL refused to even offer to pay me £20 back! This company is appallingly poor in their treatment of customers and will take no responsibility AT ALL for their poor quality items or customer service.
