Jorgue leal excelente atención

Es la peor compañía de venta de autos, su publicidad de carros que pasan por inspección es mentira, compramos un carro, y el mismo día presento fallas, me hicieron cita en un taller, y mi carro lleva 10 días en dicho taller y aun sigue en diagnostico según ellos, y lo peor que me dicen que si no cubre la garantía yo tengo que pagar , algo absurdo, no compren carros con ellos, ahorrence esos dolores de cabeza, y dicen que ayudan y uno llama y la ayuda que brindan es, tenemos que esperar, pésimo servicio

Hay una supuesta empresa q supuestamente paga por hacerle publicidad a este lote a través de marketplace y son puras mentiras nunca hay las supuestas ventas. Ponen a trabajar a la gente de gratis

Went to lucky lane auto sales in Dallas for a vehicle spoke to the sales guy told him my situation he was easy to sit an help me out even told him how I went to another car lot that was trying to sell me a vehicle with the check engine light on his words exactly was we are not like them we make sure our vehicles are good to go to make sure we satisfied our customers so we can continue to have your service an you can tell more people about us well the truck I just purchased sat on April 5th I drove it around their area cus every damn vehicle they had basically was on empty it ran ok I was interested in it an everything he was so ready to put me in it as quickly as possible dropped 2000 down on it an 50 for their insurance did paperwork and everything drove it home Dallas to burleson an god damn check engine light turns on message my seller an he tells me to take to auto zone so they can see what’s wrong with it 5 different codes pop up they telling me I need a whole new battery and cam shaft is fykd up I took it to a mechanic he said same thing your major problem is your cam shaft that’s a huge problem you shouldn’t be driving it like that I text the seller again an tell him WTH going on an he says call the number on the back of the folder I gave you an says thanks like he fed tf up with me messaging him so I do an I get into with them cus they wanna tell me they are a as is dealership no warranty ok I understand that but how you gonna finance a fykn truck that the check engine light came on same day it was financed to someone I wouldn’t recommend this place at all make sure you take somebody that knows about vehicle I’m a single mother who basically got screwed out her money they knew wtf they did !! I’m not satisfied with this place at all and I be damn to ever send anyone their way !!

Todos fueron muy amables,con un excelente servicio al cliente,nos explicaron exactamente paso a paso de principio a fin en la compra del automóvil,el asesor de crédito Joan Mata con mucho conocimiento de su trabajo nos guió en la compra del automóvil,estamos muy contentos por toda la atención prestada gracias Tricolor
