I had an amazing experience! Me and my husband were on the look for a truck so we can have room for our growing family. They were all so helpful and patient … took the time out to go over everything even after they have closed. We were their top priority ! We end up getting a truck that we both love

I’ve been to 7 car lots and all denied me or beat around the bush about doing buisness with me but then I came across a post on Facebook where Carlos was promoting and I gotta say I didn’t believe I would be approved Carlos even went out of his way to come get me had me and my family picked up next thing you know we’re driving off the lot in a 2016 Jetta Carlos was definitely a great salesman and answered all the questions I asked I would definitely recommend you see Carlos if you’re needing a vehcle he’s the one so far so good

I have one of the worst experience buying a car in my life
The deal was with not my speciations the sales person was not professional and he don’t explain the deal correctly
After we close the deal I left with my friend to the hospital to have some medical issues
We park inside of the hospital and wen we come back to leaving the SUV didn’t start
The battery was old and we stuck in the hospital parking lot
We call the dealer and nobody answer the first and second time
We ask to another driver for assistance cause we don’t have jumper cables
The Vehicle star and we have to go back to the dealer
The distance between the dealer and the hospital was about 45 minutes
We get to the dealer and nobody ask for anything we just have assistance for a employee who I believe is the cleaner and something else also we receive a paper to go back to the Tricolor Shop for this employee to get the right battery cause what the installed looks like motocircle battery
The sales person was sit down in his cubicle watching memes he never stepped to ask what happen or assist us
That shows totally unprofessional sales person showing just interest for the money also we pay high price for the vehicle and I think nobody deserves that treatment and lock of professionalism
I will never recommend any person to buy any vehicle there for any reason

Giving a 3 star due to the excessive wait time.
Went in got approved in under a hour paid deposit great. Go back today to pick up the car and was told at 1pm “let me get the contract” by 3pm I asked how much longer since it’s been 2 hours of waiting for said contract. 4:45pm finally leaving and since test driving I told my sales man the car was on red literally no gas in the car and when it was time to go I asked again if they put something in it so I wouldn’t get stranded and he said “we don’t have enough credit for gas”. Like really??? Moral of the story be prepared for a long wait time.

Diego and the tricolor team made my car purchasing experience seamless. From the very start it was an all around pleasant experience and Diego was good company while we waited throughout the process.

They treated me and my family like family everyone is so wonderful with a happy face and you won’t believe the help they gave me and my family they work hard they gave my daughter a smiling face happiest dad and mom in the world I recommend them for everyone to go there and I thank everybody in tricolor auto sales 👍
