DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a picture that had an ink spot on it and notified them as soon as I opened it. Their reply was to offer me eight dollars and mail the picture back I said no I wanted a replacement or refund. They then responded with an offer of $12 and I could keep the picture I said absolutely not. This was a gift. I cannot gift this with the defect on it and I would not hang it in my house with the ink spot on it. They told me they would refund me if I sent it back to China, even though it was shipped from New York. The shipping was almost as much as the picture of $42. I’ve then stated I should not be responsible for the item being returned as it was there error. Then I got nothing but crickets. no returned emails anymore. I brought my bank a copy of the emails showed them the picture and they refunded my money and now I’m leaving my review. Terrible Buisness ethics. Stay away

Again another scam, my dog did not have this toy for a minute before it was torn up. False advertising and poor quality. I understand that if I mail it back I could get some credit. But I am sure you are aware that shipping it back is more then the value.

Just rercieved a dog fence collar that I had to wait to get from china and the product is vary unreliable I would not trust the life of my dog with it. Have been trying to send back but there is no support for info. to send it back. Someone please respond. Hilipert and trendingadget are a RIPOFF!!!

Just bought robust indestructible bear..boy was i scammed. Tore up in 8 mins

Initially I was told if I was unhappy with my purchase (2 $25 “nearly indestructible” stuffed bears) I could send them back (if I paid return postage) for a full refund. Bears came - lasted only moments before my puppy had the head off and stuffing everywhere. I contacted them and they denied the return for refund - I finally only got half of my money back. I recently saw these exact bears on TEMU for less than $7 each. I believe these people buy cheap and re-sell items for 3 to 4 times what they paid for them. Horrible communication. False advertising.

We purchased two of the PetsBoro Robust Bear toys for our dogs. They are two 15 lb terriers. The marketing says that these toys are virtually un-chewable by dogs.

Our dogs had both ears of each toy within 5 minutes. The toys I've gotten at Walmart or Tuesday Morning last longer and are much less expensive.

I had the same experience with the SheremArt blessings from the sea. A supposed hand crafted work of art is no more than a kindergarten class project. They just glued chunks of glass on a picture of a stick figure bird on a limb. The description and pictures make it look like small glass figures with wire feet and beaks mounted on a meta/ driftwoodl branch. NOPE not even close. The site does say you have to pay the postage to return it to China ($28-63 postage from California) plus they won't pay you back the original shipping. Horrible product/company.

This art is supposedly by Sherem Art. Advertised as an exquisite bird decor crafted from beautiful glass, named SheremArt Coastal Love Notes. First of all, these are advertised in picture frames. I purchased them for gifts. They are no more than stones glued on cheap paper with no frames, no branches. The branches are drawn on the paper with brown ink. They were stuffed all together in a plastic shipping envelope and when I received them, the paper is dented in and the corner edges are bent. One of them has a stain. I have been trying to return them but they are telling me I have to pay for the return costs from US back to China. Since when does a consumer pay to return defective merchandise. They keep sending me these absurd offers and I ask them to stop. I paid $81 for them. They offered a refund of $8. I should NOT be expected to return defective merchandise at my own expense. They refuse to send me a prepaid label to return them. No where in the return policy does it state a consumer has to pay to return defective merchandise!!! They actually tell you how easy it is to return merchandise. This website is clearly a scam! Do not purchase anything from this company.

Never buy product from here.They have very wrost service i have ever had , they give products with high problems which get defective within 3-4months and atlast you go above your warranty period and they will charge you a high amount of repair charges.They repair products with low quality which again and again get defective and they never helped or heard.

I ordered a heater from trending gadget, for nearly £70.00, it arrived yesterday, I would not advise anyone to buythis, it is cheap tacky and plasticity. Extremely noisy, like the fan is sticking on something, and didn't work at first finally started working for all of 5 seconds. Can't get hold of company for return, no reply to email. Don't buy it.

I wrote a review claiming they were a scam. They are not. The tracking info they gave me at first must have been wrong. They didn't disclose that the item was coming from China. That's why it took so long. They did eventually get back to me. Wanted to clarify.

I ordered the garden spinner for 70 bucks. They sent me tracking info which proved to be useless and inaccurate. They have not responded to any of my emails. I do not believe they ever shipped my product.
I am forced to dispute the charge on American Express.

I of course cannot recommend this company.

Overall the Aun Ak7max Android projector was delivered on time. Value for money.
I would certainly recommend Trending Gadgets for any purchase of projector.

I bought this keyboard on June 2021. It still working nicely. Product is good.

I ordered 20 KF94 masks in early January. They were not inexpensive. It appears they came from China, are very thin and they just arrived, 3 weeks later. There is no identification on the mask (not even KF94). They were all packaged laying on top of each other in a single package. All the writing was in another language. And they are a single layer of protection which is not acceptable.
I have been scammed. It is rather upsetting as good protection is needed at this time. Plus I spent a fair amount of money. I will be much more careful in the future and will not be ordering again from this company.

I have not received the product I am very disappointed, please solve my problem. I'm very upset There is no solution to my problem.
