Immediately upon arrival I was welcomed by Shelly who made me feel at home in what was a very professional and impressive setting. She was extremely attentive to, and understanding of, my needs. Her product knowledge was exceptional and she was happy to make suggestions as appropriate. Based on my experience, I have no hesitation in recommending the salon to anyone looking for first class advice and an excellent range of products.

We have visited Aderans twice now, I took my mother in law.
On each occasion she has been seen by Helen. She is amazing! So patient, helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring.
I would absolutely recommend Aderans to anyone needing specialist help.

The staff there was warm & friendly on arrival, we was taken to the consultation room (which was a free bonus!). I ordered 5 wigs to try, but unfortunately only 3 were included in my order. Aside from that, I was really pleased with the quality of the wigs I did receive—they looked lovely and felt well made.
If my full order had arrived, I would definitely have given a 5-star review. Hopefully this was just a one-off mistake, as I’d be happy to order from Trendco again.

They didn't pressure me to get anything at all, suggesting I come back and think about any purchase. I knew what sort of thing I was looking for, helped me with colours styles etc, I would recommend and purchase from them again.

Thank you so much to Amber who we first met when I dropped in to make an appointment, immediately I felt at ease and confident that Amber would be able to steer me through the process of getting a wig ahead of my chemotherapy. At my appointment Amber did an excellent job organising a selection of wigs for me and the 1st one I was shown was the one I kept, Amber is very intuitive. Thank you so much for cutting my wig into a great style so very much like my own mullet that I love. And thank you for your kindness thoughtfulness, and dedication to getting it right for me and helping me on so many levels, I really appreciate what you have done to help me I really can't thank your enough. Such great advice and so expert. I felt completely at ease and really understood.

The studio is in a central location, bright, clean and welcoming. Shelley was professional and friendly - going over and above to help me. I was able to identify the product best for me. I will be returning in a few days to try the item as this had to be specially ordered due to my specific requirements. I was informed of the cost at the time of selection and advised any adjustments will be carried out on the final product. I was made to feel cared for, nothing was too much trouble and on the whole a truly enjoyable experience dealing with a subject most women will find traumatic and demeaning.

I couldn't have asked for better service they new all the right questions to ask witch was great as I've never purchased a wig before also the aftercare is amazing there's lots to offer by the way of after care appointments if you need help the service is amazing and the complex smells amazing upon entering and lastly the staff are all really really lovely and clearly know their job and the beautiful rooms made the experience even better thank you
