I decided this year to order a Christmas Tree from Tree2me instead of the usual company I order from. I was extremely pleased with the Tree that I arrived. Tree2me installed the tree and they were really very professional and friendly. The tree itself was very healthy and a lovely looking tree. Lauren who answered the telephone to me was extremely helpful and provided me with a first class customer service experience. I will definitely order from Tree2me next year too. Thank you very much.

Delivery was great although the tree itself really struggled to last more than a week or two with most of the needles dropping before Christmas.
I got the wrong size tree
I got the wrong size tree. Paid for 6-7 got just over 5. Notified them via messaging, the person was typing a response then just went offline and no one followed up since.
Couldn’t ask for more!
It arrived exactly as described and a very healthy tree at that!
Pricey but worth it
I was a bit nervous ordering a tree online and not knowing what it would look like, would it be wonky or sparse? I was pleasantly surprised when my tree turned up on time (booked evening delivery and it came at 7pm) and was a beautiful symmetrical shape and very full. Quite pricey but worth it for taking out the hassle of going out to get one. Will order again next year.

Would not recommend this company
Would not recommend this company. We ordered a potted tree and paid £80 for it which is quite a lot. However we thought it would be nice to keep it on and try to grow it, and it looked really nice in the website photo. We also wanted to get one delivered as we have a baby at home and the convenience of having it delivered seemed great for us. However when it arrived it came in a very flimsy “pot” (I don’t even want to call it that) which was completely cracked and it wouldn’t stand up. When messaging the company for support they did not apologise once for sending us a damaged product(let alone for the deceiving picture on their website which makes you think you’ll get a real pot that your tree can stand up in). Instead they kept sending quite odd messages with lots of smiley face emojis. When I said I didn’t want a replacement they asked what would I suggest as an outcome… it was like pulling teeth with them. Finally we had to arrange a collection for them to get the tree so that we could get a full refund. Then after it was collected we heard nothing from them and had to chase for an update on the refund. They then confirmed they had no record of the collection! We had taken pictures of it being collected and had an email that said it had been collected, so they asked for those. Once we sent them, they did process the refund and at that point apologised for the inconvenience regarding the refund delay. The final person I spoke to was very quick to action it and I do appreciate their responses. However all in all, poor products and unprofessional service.

Advice to avoid based on my experience! After spending £130 on a 6-7ft what was supposed to be a Nordmann fir tree and meant to be special for many reasons this year.. we got a skinny droopy tree which after a couple days is looking even more sad while decorations keep falling off of it. Tried to get in touch with customer service with no response.
Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. Ordered a tree to be delivered on 16th December never turned up. Spent 40 minutes waiting on chatbot to try and find out what was happening-gave up as no response. Emailed and got the response below which provides no details at all. Will not use again.

We ordered a 12 foot outdoor tree with stand and lights to sit outside a community centre. It was delivered 4 days late with no lights and fell over immediately because the stand was not fit for purpose.
Very unsafe experience
Awful experience! We ordered a 12ft tree to be installed and decorated in a public area for a Christmas event we were hosting. The tree was not delivered when we were told (which we paid extra for) meaning we didn't have the tree for the event.
Not only was it delivered late, they refused to put the lights on the tree, which we also paid for. They left the tree in a public area on a normal stand without weighting it down which meant it fell over; this could have resulted in someone being badly injured.
When I tried to contact them to come back and fit the tree properly and put on the lights, no one got back to me. I even sat on their live chat for over an hour and did not get a response.
Awful company who don't care about the safety of others.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to do so due to the unacceptable service I’ve experienced. I value fairness and patience, but my experience with this company has been profoundly disappointing.
After spending over £500, I expected a reliable service. However, the trees I ordered did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date, and there was no communication to inform me of the delay. I eventually managed to speak to someone who rescheduled the delivery, but once again, the trees did not arrive.
I later received an email stating the delivery would occur between 11:15 AM and 3:15 PM, so I waited in all day. Despite this, the trees were still a no-show. They eventually arrived at 5 PM when I was no longer at home. I had requested one tree to be left over the phone but it wasn’t.
I was assured that the owner would email me to offer a refund, yet I have received no such communication. This level of service is both unprofessional and deeply disappointing, especially during the Christmas season. It’s disheartening to see a company treat its customers in this manner.
I hope this feedback prompts a review of your practices and a resolution to my concerns.

The customer service barely answers …
A warning to customers outside London
We just received our tree today after a 2-day wait, and I wanted to pass on some feedback on the order process as it wasn't ideal.
- In the checkout, we were asked to pick a specific day on a calendar for delivery. Your customer service agent mentioned to me that there's small print underneath the calendar that explains you can't guarantee delivery on that day outside of London. However, this isn't easy to spot and the presence of the calendar is very misleading.
- We had assumed the tree was arriving in our slot 9am-9pm on Sunday, so had prepared to stay in for the whole day and had the children ready to decorate the tree. I think a Christmas tree i a very emotive purchase, so committing to delivery timeframes is important. Everyone was very disappointed.
- Communication was difficult throughout. I received no communication at all on Sunday, the day we were supposed to receive the tree. The agents on live chat were helpful, although I definitely got the impression they were inundated with questions from other customers. It felt like perhaps the company had taken on a bit more than their logistics could support?
- Our tree eventually arrived, but at a time that was a complete surprise - the tracking information provided from the courier gave vague information about warehouses and didn't give any estimates on arrival times.
I would strongly recommend (a) not showing the calendar to postcodes outside of London, as I think it's very misleading, and (b) investigating whether they can get better quality, more frequent tracking information sent out from your chosen courier.
Super Fast Delivery and Excellent Quality
The tree was delivered quickly and is of high quality. We have bought from Tree2me for the last couple of years and I am happy to say that they have earned a customer for life.

The tree we got is sooo small
The tree we got is sooo small. We measured it and it's about 3 feet of tree with a long stem at the top that barely gets it to 5 feet. We paid for a 5-6 ft tree. It is also shedding lots of brown needles already. Won't order again.
