Recently ordered a mirror from here, however my experience was very bad. Waited 2 weeks for something that was only supposed to take 3-5 business days. Sent an email to them asking when it would arrive as I would’ve liked to be home when it arrived. No answer.
I was constantly checking the website to see when my order would arrive but there was no updates.
When it had finally been delivered the mirror was completely shattered. The person assigned to my delivery would’ve known it was broken but because I wasn’t home the situation was taken advantage of.
I have since tried contacting treasurebox via the live chat box, email, calls and the warranty claim form that doesn’t even let you submit or select product type etc.
The customer service has been really poor and I haven't heard anything from them at all.
I don’t recommend ordering something fragile if you want it to be delivered nonetheless it’s still not acceptable..
I hope they will contact me on this matter to get this resolved.

Great service and products

It took a while for the order to get ready, and found that they weren't very helpful at all to load into your vehicle. What happens if i was a 70 year old lady that bought products, eoukd I have had to load myself.

Fantastic collection of furniture and photos.Purchasing was easy with no hassles. Item was in my budget and arrived in a few days well packaged.
The desk was easy to assemble with great instructions. Very nice piece well made and looks great.

The showroom in Silverdale has lots on display. I ended up ordering online on Tuesday and received an email that the order was being prepared but didn't receive an update on delivery. Friday of the same week opened my front door to find it had been delivered. My pet peeve is that the delivery service didn't use the ring buzzer to alert me and we were home. Anyway, still deserving of 5 stars for the quick delivery. Item ordered came in 2 boxes and no missing bits. Took hubby a little while to assemble, happy with our purchase.

We received the product not complete,arm rest and foot is missing.

Easy to deal with, good customer service, didnt have to wait long to get my order nice easy process with the texts updates

It's been a month and no communication about the whereabouts of my order

Said my order was on preorder and sent out in specific dates, it’s been 9 days over the last preorder date and haven’t heard anything about my order

Mostly good but one of the bed frames ended up being out of stock (I bought 3 frames and 3 mattresses)
The king single was poorly cut holes didn’t line up and the mdf boards where cut crooked so couldn’t use it and one mattress was far more firm then medium so will need to get a mattress topper. Our delivery drivers however where amazing even bought them inside on one of the deliveries.

There whole procedure of being totally contact less. Huge plus. Quick and easy process.

Quick delivery of items. Good prices. Solid furniture. We got the Congo cabinet with window and drawer. The cabinet instruction was easy to follow
The drawer cabinet not so easy. But overall happy with the end products.

This been more than 14 days, since I made my order, and have called multiple times. My order still hasn't been dispatched as yet.

Not proper assembly instructions. I asked for assistance to reply at all. Disappointed

Quick delivery. Happy with the purchase

Ordered online 2 single beds click and collect. Done with ease and the receptionist is polite. Both beds were simple to put up and satisfied with the product.

Highly recommend click and collect over delivery simply because of the fee and patience.

I am very happy with the sofa I bought, very comfy. However very disappointed with the delivery company they used. There was no 30 minute heads up message sent saying it’s nearly arrived as promised then it was actually delivered to the wrong address. Luckily a friendly neighbour helped me man handle the large carton to my address, a few houses away. then there was the extra charge of hiring a moving company to carry it up the stairs . It’s a shame there aren’t improved delivery services, eg paying extra to have it placed in the lounge.

Great service. Arrived in only 3 days. The dining chairs are lovely. The colour matched the pictures perfectly. They were easy to assemble and feel very sturdy. A great price and they look great in my room. Thanks Treasure Box.
