I’ve seen Travva being advertised on my Facebook feed and looking at the website I was interested as prices didn’t seem too bad and trips looked good. I’ve contacted the customer support to find out the price of the trip that I found the most interesting and to my surprise it was all handled over WhatsApp. It made me suspicious but I still proceeded asking questions and using chatGBT for an advise. Finally decided to take a risk and book it, so I’ve paid a deposit. Had to ask myself if they need my email to send me the confirmation, would they need names and dates of birth of passengers as clearly customer service forgot to ask all them important questions. But I still thought, well if I pay deposit and they send me an ATOL certificate, then all should be fine. After hours of chasing them about confirmation email, I finally received it 5 hours later. No ATOL certificate, no domestic flight info. Asked for ATOL certificate and been told that I’ll receive it once the flights are booked, asked them when the flights are going to be booked and received an answer- when I pay half of the installments. It didn’t seem right to me, so yet again I had to Google it and sure enough it’s illegal for travel companies to ask for half of the payment before providing relevant documents. After that I had enough and asked for a refund and to cancel this holiday. Funnily enough, after asking for a refund they sent ATOL certificate but at this point I just had enough and didn’t want to deal with the company.

Had a great experience with this travel agency.The team was friendly, professional and always quick to respond.Everything was well organised making the whole trip smooth and stress free. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a holiday.
