Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service from Sonia, the customer rep who helped me book my international flight from India to US. I tried booking online from multiple websites but I got technical errors, as all the websites I tried, experienced problems with my US payment card.
Sonia observed in her system that I was having payment processing problems. I did NOT even call Travomint customer service to report my issues, but Sonia herself took the initiative by looking up my phone number from the flight booking details I had entered, she herself gave me a call and provided invaluable help to explore potential payment options and finally I got my confirmed reservation!!!
Thank you Sonia for your remarkable customer service, and helping me secure the flight reservation. Immensely appreciate it. This is the BEST experience I have had compared to all the travel agent firms I have tried over several years.

I booked my ticket from Travomint from New York to Delhi and got the cheapest fare and when i called i spoke to Agent Martin Cruz he help me to give the free seat and meal and wheelchair for my mom and dad, They have best customer service.

The experience was fast, I did my research, Staff promptly responded to my question, provided answers and where necessary advised on next steps. Staff are polite.

She supported me in all questions regarding the tickets.

Travomint is a fraud company pls dont fall for their trap. I dont know all people who are rathing them more stars are genuine ratings or false but with my exp I have got no refunds so far. No replies over my emails and they trap peoples money Nd ask them to pay more. Totall fraud

Seems very relaible booking platform comlore to current cheating website for booking tickets in the market now a days . Booked tocket recently and got discount nore than the original price in airline website.

To start Ray is a liar and will not keep his promises and will most likely take advantage of you. I contacted Ray at Travomint because I needed a hotel for 4-nights given a bad experience with Expedia. I told Ray I wanted 5-star hotel and wanted to stay at the Hyatt. He was able to get me two nights at the Hyatt but then had to switch hotels. I paid for the two hotels consisting of more than $3,600, about $900 per night. Later Ray called me because he for some reason couldn’t book the second hotel. I told him that I paid for a 5-star hotel and he agreed. He ended up booking me into a 4-star, terrible hotel that charges about $250 per night and they refused to reimburse me . I called him very upset and he stated he would give me 40% off my next trip. I told him I was going to Europe with my family and going to London and France. He told me he can not honor the 40% off promised because I was staying at multiple hotels. I didn’t understand why it made a difference and he couldn’t explain it to me either. This is another way Travomint can deceive and take advantage of peop.

Ray is a liar and a scammer and will take advantage of you, do not trust this business or Ray. He doesn't care about your vacation experience, just to scam money from you!

The worst agency EVER! If you want completely RUIN your trip - buy tickets through them.
I bought ticket from Miami to New York through this agency. Before purchase it, i asked in the “customer support” chat if carry-on bag is included in the ticket - they answered me “you still didn't purchase the ticket, you need to finish your purchase”. I was like - excuse me, I'm asking a question about this ticket before percussion it. They said “yes, a carry-on bag is included in your ticket”. I bought the ticket, added it in the app of airlines and something didn't feel right. I called straight to the airlines and asked them about carry-on bag. The airlines representative answered that no, carry-on bag is not included on this ticket, only a personal item. And you can't add it in the future. You can add only check-in bag.
I texted to the agency, they told me - we will look into this, we will follow back in 24 hrs. Nobody called in a day, nobody did in 2 days. I reached them out again. They said, oh yeah, we need to listen to your call to see if we were wrong. And I told them before that we communicated by chat. So, obviously, nobody was trying to “look into the situation”.
After that I reached out to them again. And again - nobody answered. When they call themselves to ask for another “24 hrs” - the guy sounded irritated as hell, he talked to me extremely disrespectfully and hung up on me while I was talking. And every time it was like a start from the beginning. So nobody does ANYTHING to fix the situation! Extremely unprofessional “travel agency”. They are not able to handle their own mistake.

And for the record - I need a carry-on bag - because of the health condition. I have medicine and medical equipment to carry with me, that is bigger than personal item. So, nobody refunds my money because of their mistake! They treated me very badly and were disrespectfully on the phone. This experience was just a nightmare! BE AWARE!

I will give a 0 rating. Travomint is committing fraud. I booked a ticket, but when I go to cancel it, they say I won't get a refund, even though I cancelled it before the 5th day. They provide poor service and effluents people's money.do not book ticket through the this agency very bad service.customer care support is also not friendly.

I had booked a ticket last minute on Travomint, but somehow the airline did not confirm the ticket. When I called Travomint, Miss Rukshana assisted me in every way possible. She was extremely warm, patient and found an alternate ticket around the same time and same price. She kept searching until I got a ticket. I am so pleased with Travomint's service and especially Miss Rukshana's assistance and her skill set to deal with customers in a stressful situation. Thank you Travomint and Miss Rukshana :)

Sky helped me confirm my ticket when I was confused on why I did not receive its. She was very nice and quick about it.

Eric helped me confirm my booking after the website said my flight was not confirmed even though my payment was received. Customer service was helpful, but the website was confusing.
