Book a flight at one price then was told 2 months later I owed another 340 dollars to secure the ticket. Had to book on United for 640 last minute. Still no refund.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They offer attractive prices for trips, hotels, and other services to make you feel confident and eager to book. Once they receive your money, the reality is very different.
Out of a group of ten people, most of us were cheated. I have been trying to recover $3,500 for the past three years, and I still have not received my money. Flights were booked but not paid for, and hotels were contacted for reservations, but despite full payment from customers, the company failed to pay the airlines and hotels.

Absolute worst company for flight booking ever. Book a flight at one price, get no confirmation number. Get a follow up call doubling the price, no confirmation number. Call five days before flight, charged additional fee and promised flight with no confirmation. Call 24 hours before flight, no confirmation unless you pay another $200 fee. Complete and total scam

Booked flight online. $186.00. Received flight confirmation. 20 minutes later phone rings, a woman forgin accent saying unable to get that flight for this price, need to upgrade to main cabin $$$$. Told them to cancel. She said there's a cancelation fee. Hung up an called credit card Co. This Travoman booking vis google is a scam.

Scam, this company is a total scam business. They claim to give you a deal only to call you days before you are to fly and claim the seats are no longer available and ask for more money. Then when you get suspicious about the deal they tell you your tickets are ready at the airport. I got there and called them about no tickets then they blocked my number. Flight was never booked. Scammed me of 540 dollars for a flight they never refunded me after they said they would i attempted to contact them and they stopped responding emails and blocked my phone number after they found out i gave them a bad review they asked me to take it down i said no so they just blocked me and kept my money they are scammers

Travoman LLC is a scam operation that preys on innocent travelers. My friend sent $6,000 to Travoman.com for airline tickets for a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. However, Delta Airlines later confirmed that while the tickets were booked multiple times, they were never paid for—clear evidence of a well-planned fraud scheme.

Despite numerous efforts, my friend is still fighting to recover his hard-earned money. This company is deliberately deceiving people and should be shut down immediately.

I urge everyone to come forward and take legal action. These scammers should not be allowed to steal from Americans any longer. A report has been sent to the President’s Office to demand strict action against this company and its dishonest personnel, who survive by running this fraudulent business.

Travoman LLC: Fraudsters and Cheaters Operating on American Soil

Travoman LLC, headquartered at 1401 21st St, Suite R, Sacramento, California, is a disgraceful fraud exploiting innocent Americans. This criminal operation and its personnel are shameless cheaters who robbed us of $3,500, wreaked havoc on our travel plans, and caused immense emotional distress.

On April 15, 2024, my friend transferred $5,798.00 to their JPMorgan Chase Bank account (Account: 563975591, Routing Number: 021000021) for a flight from JFK to the Dominican Republic. Months later, only $2,298.00 has been recovered, and we’re still fighting to get back the remaining $3,500. Delta Airlines confirmed the ticket was “booked” seven times but never paid for—proof of their calculated fraud.

This is not just theft—it’s a deliberate, ongoing scam designed to cheat honest people on American soil. Their phone lines are dead (551-222-6153 and 1-888-977-2021), their website Travoman.com is a fraudulent front, and their personnel are complicit in these crimes.

We will not stop until this criminal organization and all its personnel are held accountable. With support from the Attorney General’s office and the FBI, we are making progress in bringing them to justice. Cheaters and fraudsters like Travoman LLC have no place in this country. The worst travel agency known to man. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MINEY WITH THIS PEOPLE. You have been warned. I booked and paid just over $1900 for round trip tickets in September for my family of five to go on vacation. One week away from leaving for vaxation Travoman text me and said the airport authority canceled my flight so they were going to have to find another flight. The only flight they found was to leave at night the day before. After negotiating travel credit because I had to pay over $200 for an hotel for an extra night and pay $100 extra for another day for a rental car. I then agreed to leave the night before, mind you they are terrible with responding this took forever to get settled. Then I had to cancel my rental car reservations because they were now flying me into a different airport. I asked repeatedly for my airline tickets and they would never send them. They said I had to wait until the night before the flight to get my tickets. I then find out that the original flight was not canceled by the airport authority, that was a lie. (My friend we were going on vacation with was in that flight and I called southwest to confirm. At this point Travoman said it was to late to switch back because the seats were now full. In the mean time hardly no responses from (they guy called himself Walter) and finally when he responded he said he had been sick. Then later he said it was because they were under staffed and had work pressure. We finally get our flight info and fly to our destination and now I still haven’t received any flight back info. Them Walter tells me it’s more money and said they only booked a one way flight due to the price increase. I said to bad that’s coming out of your pocket because I had a round trip flight for the quoted $1900, Walter then said let me speak with management and he got back to me saying they were going to pay for the flights back because they messed up. Of coarse I couldnt get any flight info for the way home then the day before Walter responded and said he would get me my flight info the morning of the flight. I did get an email with flight info that next morning (here’s where it really gets bad) we check into the airport three hours early and they tell us all the kids birthdates are incorrect and they have me and my daughter in one set of tickets and my wife and two boys on the other. Then we are waiting to get on the flight. They call our group number and we go up to board and the tickets are all denied. We get sent to a manager and come to find out the flagged our tickets as fraud and they denied the tickets. They said the tickets were purchased with two separate credit cards with different names and addresses so it was denied. We miss our flight, then I tell Walter at Travoman what happened and he said they were not fraud and he sent me new tickets for the next flight that evening. We sit in the airport for 8 hours with 3 young kids and go to biard the next flight and AGAIN they said the tickets were not valid and said if we want in the flight we must pay ourselves. So since it’s last minute I had to purchase 5 one way tickets to get my family back home and that cost me $2100 after I already paid Travoman $1900 for round trip. We get home and I can’t get I. Touch with Walter and no one at the Travoman office number would answer not call me back. Finally Walter did call back and say they were not paying me back. I threatened to call fraud and post this review, he then went to his manager and came back offering $700. I said nope that’s not enough, you all messed this up and need to reimburse me the full amount he said let me talk to management again. Two or so weeks go by without a response so I called my credit card company and reported them as fraud. Well guess what, then Walter decides to call me and say he will reimburse me the full amount but I must call my CC company and cancel the fraud because they couldnt pay me back until after it was reversed. I told him it was to late, they screwed me and wouldn’t respond after ample amount of time to do the right thing. They never paid me back and quit responding, so now I’m waiting for my CC company to reimburse me. In the mean time Travoman told my credit card company that we cancelled the flights and that my 9 year old was late to the flight (yeah 9tears old by himself he’s late and not one of our other family members are late). I’m still waiting for my CC company to finish the outcome, but in the meantime I wanted to make sure NOONE wastes their time nor money with Travoman or Walter. They pretty much ruined my family vacation, they lied, and hardly responded in a timely manner.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Please do not fall for this scam site, I learned the hard way. I purchased, or so I thought, 4 delta tickets through Travoman. I needed to cancel a ticket so when I called delta they had no tickets at all on record. They were never purchased yet I paid. When I called Travoman An odd man answered in a whisper, when I explained the situation he hung up and blocked my number. I called from other numbers and same thing. Please do not ever use this scam site I’m still disputing with my cc company over these awful people

Walter Smith was excellent helping me straighten out a mixup with Breeze airlines. On the Breeze site my flight reservations could not be found. Walter was able to locate them and the was able to secure seats for me. Walter has also called me the next day to check in and asked if I needed anything more. Very helpful.

Absolutely no one wants to call customer service and, evidently, neither does Frontier based on their "super-secret" which requires detective's work to locate. However, Walter proficiently and professionally corrected a very frustrating morning caused, apparently, by a malfunctioning app. We were on the phone for over 1.5 hrs as he navigated the situation to figure out why I had 7 separate charges of various amounts for only 2 Frontier tickets as well as figure out why neither flight was actually confirmed despite my receiving two Confirmation Numbers. Walter was patient, polite and represented the company well during this situation.
As a recently retired supervisor, I can honestly say he should be considered for promotion when he feels it's his time as he clearly sets the example that those he works with should follow. Thank you again Walter!

Walter could not have been a more compassionate patient helpful person to us. My mother in law was unexpectedly very sick and we needed to change flights so we could get in to see her. Walter helped us through the whole process. My mother in law ended up passing away which in itself is so devastating and difficult to process but on top of that we now had to change flights again to accommodate the funeral. Walter took everything for me and talked with the airlines and found my husband and myself new flights. He is really THE BEST!! I just can't speak highly enough of this company they go above and beyond to help you get your situation right. Thank you Walter from both my husband and myself we truly appreciate you💕
