Total scam, lost my money and they tried to buy a tiktok subscription using my card
Total scam. I spend 3 days trying to got my ticket with them. It is ended up that Delta Called me and said: You booked your flight for October (3 month in advanced) and someone trying to change the date on behalf of my name to Tomorrow date. Delta agent said that someone is saying that I have family emergency (someone from my family is died) to change the dates. I ended up loosing my ticket and was forced to pay full amount of $1350 for my flight instead of $600 if I book in advanced. When I reach customer care, they said that they can't help me. Total waste of 3 days. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM WEBSITE!
Update: in 3 days this company was tried to buy subscription to TikTok using my business card. I don't use tiktok and the only company get my card was Travolie. Unfortunately trustpilot did not allow to attach a screenshot to this review as a prof, otherwise I will attach it. The email of the agent who I worked with enrique AT travolie.com

Sorry to hear that this happened with you But would you please help us with any information related to us doing that so that we can guide to the right company because we have never practiced any such unethical process. We do ask our customers to provide medical documents and send directly to airline if the ticket fare rules permit in any case. Please speak to the company you were working with.
You entered the card info in the booking that was declined. All Data is protected by cloud fare and is not visible for anyone. The system automatically reads the information entered and issues the tickets. But in your case this was declined by our system. So there are Zero Chances for us to use anyone's card. Neither it is practiced in Travolie. Passenger data protection has been at our top priority.
It is very disgraceful of you to say card was shared only with travolie. We cannot prove your movements online and that does not make us guilty of any websites you went on.

El servicio brindado por la Srta. RODRIGUEZ fue excelente. Ella es muy paciente y nos ayudó hasta que estuvimos satisfecho con el paquete que se nos ofreció.
El proceso posterior fue un poco lento pues depende de la aerolínea, pero luego todo llegó bien y con todo claro y preciso. Agradezco el servicio brindado.

Pésimo, son unos vende humo, estafadores...
Ponen en la página ofertas de boletos a muy buen precio, como normalmente uno lo haría va a la página, compra y luego le avisan que la confirmación no se puede dar porque no hay asientos disponibles para ese vuelo, a lo cual ofrecen el mismo vuelo pero con un precio al doble del ofertado. Lo peor de todo es que la siguiente semana vuelven a sacar la misma oferta, para el mismo vuelo e indicando que hay 10-9- ofertas disponibles, lo cual no es real
Hacen este tipo de enganche para que luego las personas no se puedan quitar de la compra.
Me parece una falta de respeto y abuso con este tipo de publicidad barata y engañosa.

Disculpe las molestias. Los cambios de precio están sujetos a disponibilidad. En ocasiones, es muy posible que la tarifa anunciada sea para boletos muy económicos y, lamentablemente, debido a la gran demanda, a veces no podemos satisfacerla.
Ahora bien, como usted también está probando suerte en cualquier plataforma para encontrar una tarifa especial, a veces ocurren situaciones como esta. Para evitar esto, compre directamente con la aerolínea, ya que las ofertas que conseguimos también provienen de ellas. Que no haya cumplido sus expectativas no nos convierle en estafadores. Su definición de estafa parece incorrecta.
