Awful customer service. Bought an item of light outer clothing which was severely faded within 3/4 months and after only a couple of washes. Customer service said they’d replace it and to give them postage details etc, which I did. Replacement never arrived so I enquired and they backtracked on the offer saying they could no longer offer me replacement but instead a goodwill gesture of 15% off any other purchase. Safe to say their 15% off is safe and won’t be used. Shame as loved the fit and look of their clothing but won’t buy again.

Ordered a pair of The Moneymaker shoes. Received them on time and was able to wear them straight out of the box to play a round of golf. They’re really comfortable and look great.

Only disappointment was the website itself. Suggest some changes are made to make it easier to find products and also suggest that categories are removed when there is no stock available.

Worst website ever...twice asked to set a new password and twice they did not send the email to reset it...ridiculous and also they are always out of stock on so much...goodbye TM

Shoes look and fit great. Come in 1/2 sizes. However the heel tears apart after 4-5 times wearing them. Read other reviews with similar defect. Assumed they had fixed the design/material problem. Obviously not the case. Still functional just look really bad.

Unsolicited emails and marketing - if they can’t be trusted to manage information they can’t be trusted to handle your money! Avoid!

Initial issue was the shoes being too small despite my usual size.

BUT, company has lost its way on sustainability. A pair of trainers does not need the postage packaging, tissue wrap around bod, plastic wrap around box, a super thick cardboard box, each trainer wrapped and placed in foam compartment . . . .

I am not a big environmentalist but come in guys, lose the completely OTT packaging which is a turn off before you even get to the product!

TM quality products, Customer Service woeful. Never buy from TM in UK / Europe. Ordered 5 items only 4 arrived, lack of communication. Sizes incorrect due to US arrived competed to UK ordered. Looking a refund / exchange, awful experience. The worst part, I have phoned them 10+, No one ever picked up. Website for Refunds takes you round in circles for starting a Refund. Now sent all items back at my expense, no one confirmed receipt despite Royal Mail confirmed proof of delivery. Now been 6 weeks and still £150+ out of pocket. Avoid TM at at all costs!

SLOOOOOW SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES - Their Customer service claims they need 4 business days to process any orders. FOUR DAYS, to process 1 pair of shorts, then 3 days after the label was created to show it was picked up by the carrier and any movement on my tracking order. if im lucky ill see this 2 weeks after I paid.

Buy from a wholesaler and not direct, customer service is woeful if there is an issue.

EU website says SIZE (UK) so I ordered 10. US size 10 arrived. Wanted to exchange for bigger size, was told on the phone I cannot do that, I have to post them back (at my own expense) for a refund and then place another order for bigger size. Not going to do that as they clearly do not know the difference between UK and US sizes. Money on postage both ways wasted. I want to see about that refund also as it seems others have had bad experiences. I shall update this review if I do not receive my money back. Shame, as the shoes were actually nice.

Terrible customer service. Like really really bad. Great clothes. Can't figure out their own rewards system to save their lives. Not really worth overspending on clothes to be treated like crap though.

Processing/Shipping time is very slow. Paid for 2 day shipping, meanwhile over a week later...still siting at the warehouse.

Travis Matthew moderated and refused to publish my review on their website, so I'm leaving my opinion here.

The build quality and performance of their shorts are outstanding. They feel like you could work out in them and the style is nice enough for going out to dinner at a nice restaurant. I would have given these shorts a 5-star review, however, I feel they are a bit too expensive and I do not care for their online return policy.

I wish making returns on their website was less of a hassle. You can't return anything that is on sale, and based on their pricing, I wouldn't buy anything unless it was on sale. If they had a better return policy I would probably buy a lot more of their stuff. Doing business with them is too much of a hassle unless you know exactly what you are looking for.
