This is a fraudulent website. After you enter all your information including credit card details,then no confirmation and wanting you to call. When contacted, they said the economy seats are sold out. Now they have my credit card number.

To Clear any confusion in regards to Brian & Paul
To keep this short and sweet, Brian & Paul are travel agents who will go through hell to negotiate a fair and very below average price for you, as a customer give them your patience and support. With your patience and friendliness Brian and Paul will work extremely hard to find you the best flight prices for your selected dates. Having said this because the way Paul and Brian work you will need to be patient and give them atleast 24hours to give you a 100% confirmation. Be sure that if you are patient with these individuals you can expect atleast a minimum of 15-20% discount compared to Google flights. Now those discount rates are not gauranteed by Paul or Brian, they are simply the discount rates I have received when booking with these amazing folks. Don't let Google reviews fool you about these guys, all the negative comments are due to people not being patient. Moving forward any and every flight needs amongst my family and friends will always first reach out to Paul & Brian and afterwards based on their quotes we will move forward.

This is a fraudulent website wants your info like a real airfare service ,then no confiatuin and wanting you to call after they tell they tried I cancelled my credit card before I became their next victim after I saw all the red flags pop up from the bad reviews they are piling up. I reported them to the better business bureau and contacted the fraud dept of my bank DONT BE FOOLED OF NO CONFIRMATION RIGHT AWAY IT IS A SCAM DONT FALL VICTIM BELIEVE THEY WILL TRY HARD TO STEAL YOUR MONEY DONT LET THEM.

You made the reservation with us from BWI-SJO on Feb’04th when we tried to issue your ticket your card got declined we tried to reach you over the call and via email also but there was no response from your side hence we were forced to cancel your reservation. Saying something like scam or fraud to any company without any convincing evidence is not a good customer’s sign, just for your kind information, we would like to bring in your notice that a scam company never contact you or respond to your emails they just steal your money and run away, we never charged your card for a single penny.
If you talk about the red flags on our reviews, let us inform you that every company have some good and bad reviews if you talk about the big airlines or companies even they have some bad reviews and the ratio of our good reviews are even more than the bad reviews which means the maximum number of our customers who purchased the airline ticket with us and are very much satisfied with our services. We are still glad to help you in order to book your flights but you never responded to our calls and emails which we sent you which lead your reservation to be cancelled.

Im actually posting this comment to see about my booking, I’m new to booking through third site parties and I’m a little worried I’m not going to get to take my boyfriend to NYC for his birthday and I was just wanting to confirm my booking and see if I actually for tickets for NYC or not?
