To be honest in beginning when I found about travel Jockey was bit reluctant and hesitant and after reading few reviews wasn't confident about them but @Rachael great person very polite and did a excellent job helped me with my tickets and saved me money.. I have received my travel itinerary and will update once I travel in a week about travel experience..

Very Good. Quick and efficient. Alex was very helpful as he helped me get the right flight to fit my budget.

I wasn’t sure how reliable travel jockey can be specially that I’m doing all transactions online. But Alex had been a really great help and support- even a lot better than his supervisor! He made sure all my request was in place and he kept to his word. My flight tickets we’re fully confirmed two days after payment but I’m sure transactions would have been a lot quicker if only Alex handled all of my transactions (but of coarse I do understand he had to have a day-off) Overall great experience!

Really good and Rachel was really helpful. They seem to get very good price for Lufthansa , even skyscanner could not beat the price.

ive just dealt with a consultant named RACHEL .i booked a ticket on oman airways and she declared that it is 40kg + 7kg but when ticket arrived ,only got 30kg+7kg , i was conned out of 10kg .

and now she is not helping me.

This is first time I use this company,Is really outstanding service specialy from the agent Alex Brown he was very patient with me ,and he did provide me with what I was expecting to have.

Such a cheap customer service, went on their website to get flight price, asked me to ring to book and I did so. However agents on other end kept passing me to different reps, eventually their automated response informed me that agent is unavailable and hung up. My advice to you traveljockey, focus on customer service!!! lol
