Good but has a destination glitch which is irritating
The on-line application was good in many respects but the website program has great difficulty in accepting a UK destination for our holiday. It wouldn't accept UK but did after three attempts accept "England".......

We were so grateful for your high score and positive review: despite suffering some personal frustrations in the application process.
I did of course check this with our IT team here who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure there are no 'bugs' and they confirmed that this was not the case here. We always do our best to check every scenario here to ensure the quote process remains simple for our clients.
After testing the system myself, it would seem that the complication in this instance was the abbreviation. Our system will accept United Kingdom and England as valid geographical travel destinations but, not UK only. As you may appreciate, with many country options to chose from, this will ensure that there are no errors in providing us with all the valid information and eliminates the risk of entering the wrong country altogether. Ukraine for example.

The online process was straightforward to complete the medical screening and obtain a number of quotations. As I have a number to f chronic conditions it is understandable that I can’t buy an annual policy.
