Quite happy with TIC
I just purchased trip insurance for 3 upcoming cruises. I'm very happy with TIC and the coverages. But feel that the agent assigned to me is a little lackadaisical ... seems like I have to do a lot of follow-up. Perhaps because everything is upside down with this virus disaster.

If there was an option to not select a star I would have taken it. Waste of time to purchase the insurance as you will have to jump through hoops of fire to get anything from them.

Great Customer service on the call.
I was able to call and in a few minutes was able to buy a policy which will help us in our travels to Mexico.
The verdict is out on the insurance as I hope I don't need it but won't know until the trip is done.
