I was referred by my friend and I spoke with Shaun. He was very professional and helpful from start to finish.
I will definitely use him again.

Very poor experience with Travel E Link. I would strongly advise avoiding them.

I was approached with a “discounted” offer and encouraged to reserve flights quickly. After going through the process, I was then told there had been a change from the airline and the price suddenly increased by around 50%. This was after I had already committed, which felt completely misleading.

When I challenged it, I was pushed to make payment directly to their bank account with promises that tickets would be issued straight away. This is exactly how I was caught out previously, reserve first, then the price changes, then pressure to pay more.

What’s more concerning is that this doesn’t appear to be a one-off. There are multiple reviews describing very similar situations, prices changing after payment, tickets not being issued on time, and difficulty getting refunds.

I’ve also asked them to delete my details and continue to receive unsolicited messages.

Overall, this felt unprofessional and dishonest. I won’t be using them again and would strongly recommend booking directly with airlines or well-established travel agents.

I booked a return flight with Lisa Das
She booked the wrong return date.
I had to pay another £200 to get back.
All she had to say was sorry and offer a £20 voucher .
This was a complete insult.
Please stick to booking direct with airlines or recommended trust worthy agents.

Stay away completely. They are fraudulent, even go as far as emailing you a doctored e ticket. I contacted them for a flight from London to Nigeria with 2 check in bags, and was quoted £545. After i made a deposit of £300, I was then informed by the Manager Alex, that my date was no longer available and offered me a different date with an increased price of £760. When I ask for my deposit back, I was told it's with the airline and subject to a cancellation charge. After going back and forth I settled for the new date and price. An e ticket was issued and emailed to me which clearly states 2 check in bags, only to find out when I checked with the airline that it was only 1 check in bag that was booked under my e ticket. For over 2 weeks now, they have been promising to update the baggage allowance to 2 but nothing has been done, and they have stopped picking my call or whenever the call is picked they keep me on hold to speak with Alex and drop the call after a minute of holding. I have reached out to Royal Air Maroc for help but none was received because it was not a purchase direct with them. Stay clear of this company.

Shaun has been proffesional from day one and helped me when i was stuck in Africa , as l was on my lowest ebb, l would be happy to recommend him anytime or anyday , keep up the good work Shaun , i hope you will help other people as much as you have helped me.

A good way to plan and book flights. Easy payment options and given all suitable journeys and times. Would definitely use again if I needed to book a long-haul flight

Blamed myself for not reading the reviews before scammed by these people.
Was assisted by Fizzy who made me pay the reservation charge for three people for tickets which were never issued and after some days they asked me to pay £2000 or else they will cancel my bookings.

Useless company.... SCAMMERS!!
I paid £100 deposit and that was the end of it.... despite my phone calls( travel agent Albert Green: always away) and emails...no reply.
Please Don't Use them 😭.

This company is a scam company.
The agent “Alex Smith” is a liar and a scammer. He lied to us about being able to book flights to our West African destination, he lied about the prices of tickets and about the timeframe for a payment plan. We kept asking him when can we make the final payments so we could receive our tickets but Alex Smith kept delaying us to the point that it got so close to our planned date of travel, then he told us that the price had increased and he couldn’t get tickets for the original price. He proceeded to tell us the airline increased the price. At this point we had paid well over £3,500. Alex said he would refund out money, however he only gave a partial refund and kept giving unreasonable excuses as to why he has not processed a full refund. It got to the point he started telling us that the company bank was not working due to “tax reasons”. At that point I knew he was full of crap and he had scammed us.
We messaged him daily for updates on our refund, he would simply ignore the messages or reply in capital letters that we should wait. I am going to report this company to the airline and to the fraud website. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS WITH THIS COMPANY AND STAY AWAY FROM “ALEX SMITH” to save yourself money and disappointment!

I have been scammed. I bought a ticket with Travelelink. The ticket was issued in August. I was meant to travel on the 19th December 2025. The airline sent me an email that my flight has been rescheduled to a night flight at the connection hours arriving after my connection flight. I sent a query to to this agent and hours of impractical solutions including rescheduling my flight to 26 December or buying another ticket through them on a different airline and paying through my nose upfront. I have requested for a refund they’re telling me stories that I might not receive my full refund and the refund will only be processed after six weeks to 8 weeks. Use these guys at your own prayer. I’m annoyed with myself for trusting them, I am very disappointed and very hurt. And all positive must be paid for.

Anyone who has put more than a star is one of this companies scammers. Thieves and con men. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL END UP SORRY
