excellent company, i had my doubts, there is nothing to worry about it. I booked a ticket from Canada to Peru and all the trip was perfect.

By far the worst booking service I have ever used. I was spammed with over 350 emails about my flights being on time. Reached out to the company to tell them to stop they give me bs responses so they were talking to their IT team nothing changed I kept receiving emails the entire trip never ever ever use this joke of a company.

It’s my first time traveling outside of the country so I had so many questions. Steve was VERY patient and kind guiding me through the progress and answering my questions

I purchased some tickets and they seem to be a decent price,however i noticed that both have a day layovers which was disclosured after confirmation, they tried to assist even providing me with a hotel for one leg only, however i would be careful and confirm everything if you do decide to purchase with me, will i purchase again with them, mostly like not, 2 starts because they were very helpful to assist, it's not worth the hassle the few dollars of saving and experience a long layover at least for me.

Travelcation es una estafa, tengan mucho cuidado. A mi me trataron excelente, me ofrecieron muchísima ayuda vía telefónica. Luego me pidieron los datos de mi tarjeta y fotos de mi carnet de identidad y licencia de conducir. Gracias a Dios no se efectuó el pago. Son estafadores profesionales, tengan mucho cuidado.

This was my first experience of using Travelcation. I saw a mixed customer reviews for Travelcation online when I was trying to use it to book my flights to China this summer. But, I was very happy with the excellent service that Ms. Molly Smith had provided me. She was very understanding, patient, responsive, efficient, and professional in the whole process. She not only helped me to book my trip that I liked, but also ensured my receiving the e-Tickets for my trip promptly. I am truly grateful to her for great help to me!

But, I do hope that the company will make the use of American Express credit card a bit easier for their customs than they currently do.
