Fantastic experience. Really helpful being able to book on WhatsApp. Drivers are great at communication and drive safely.

Another time using Tranzitt and they never disappoint. Lutaf was so lovely and friendly, gave me exceptional service and helped me get to the airport safely very early in the morning. 10/10 recommend to everyone for a reliable and afforable service!

I travelled from London to Bristol with driver Fasahat Ali. He was very helpful and friendly, ensuring I have a good trip and reached my destination safely and timely.

First-class service from start to finish. The driver arrived on time, the pickup and drop-off were perfectly organised, and the journey to and from the airport was smooth and stress-free. Reliable, professional, and punctual — I would highly recommend this transit company for airport transfers to and from home.

I had originally booked long-stay parking at Stansted, but it was cancelled after my car was broken into. I had to arrange transport at the last minute, and Tranzitt helped me quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. Other taxi companies were quoting exorbitant fares, but Tranzitt provided an excellent, reliable service when I needed it most.I was relieved with family of 4 and luggages

Easy to book, contact all the way to flight. Then on landing a very easy to find the driver and a good drive all the way home. Much better and cheaper than Uber or Bolt. Definitely will use for all airport pickups and drop offs in the future

We had 2 great experiences with our driver and on my first, I dropped my handphone onto the street. As I thought I had dropped the phone in his car, I whatsapp the Tranzitt whatsapp platform- and got almost immediate response, which surprised me. They tried to call the driver and kept me updated. Finally I found my hand phone on the road where I alighted. The driver was almost driving back to my hotel when I found it. I am impressed by such quick, responsive and thoughtful service. I will most certainly recommend this company to others.

Would 💯 use Tranzitt as the company’s go to private hire company. Have used them three times in the past month for airport drop off and pick-up for Gatwick and Heathrow airports and for the rugby at Twickenham. The Twickenham game there was a lot of different pick-ups and drop-offs and nothing was too much bother. So reliable and courageous. Would recommend every time.

We booked a meet and greet at heathrow airport for 10:15am as confirmed in booking. We need this as we had too many bags to handle ourselves. Included with their booking is 15 minutes wait time. We made it to the arrivals hall at 10:25am. Driver was not there. After a phone call they advised us to walk outside with all our suitcases to a parking garage where we waited a further 20 minutes for pickup.  This is not acceptable as we booked a meet and greet service. We were advised 2 different excuses. Tranzitt advised this was due to our flight arriving late. How can this be when we booked for a specific time and we were at the arrivals hall within the 15 minute wait time? The driver said they were never booked in as a meet and greet. 

We could have purchased a better service with a minicab for £30-£40 less than what we paid Tranzitt. After a lot of back and forth, they offered a £10 refund. I expressed that this is not acceptable do to them not providing the service we paid for. They then offered £25 as a final offer. Again this is not acceptable. We should be at least refunded the amount to bring the total cost in line to the service they actually provided. A good, honest and reputable company would offer the difference and then some as compensation for wasting our time and not providing what we paid for. We ended up paying more money for a worse service. Never again, I strongly advise not using Tranzitt.

Update 12 December 2025. I noticed a reply from tranzitt 4 days ago and immediately contacted them again advising their response is factually incorrect. I asked if they would like to correct their claims but no response. The driver was not waiting for us in the parking lot. We went exactly where the driver asked us and we waited a further 20 minutes for them to arrive. Furthermore the driver never made any request to us which we denied. We went exactly where they asked when they failed to arrive for the meet and greet at the booked time. I am appalled that tranzitt would try to provide false information to try and underplay their incompetence and negligence.
