Reliable and punctual
The communication was excellent with details of the car and driver being sent the night before. The driver was early, the car was clean and comfortable and the driver was very good. I highly recommend this company and will use again

Trying to scam customers
This company has just tried to inflate my taxi price by £95 within two days of my journey. This is price gouging and a scam. I will not be using again. Very disappointed as I had previously had a good experience using them.
They have since posted a reply which is false suggesting I was planning to bring 12 pieces of luggage. This is incorrect and is clearly intended just to cast doubt on a critical review. I was bringing the suitcases booked. No one travels with just a suitcase ie without a small handbag for the plane for their phone etc. Charlatans

We regret that you have arrived at the conclusions you have mentioned.
We are duty-bound to offer you an explanation around the exact circumstances that led to this outcome so it is clear.
You had booked an MPV, for four passengers and also 4 bags. However, when we did our courtesy check up before the trip (customary in some cases to ensure everything is in order), it emerged that you were actually intending to bring onboard around three times that number (roughly 12 - big luggages, cabin luggages, backpacks combined). It would not have been possible to accommodate that many items in an MPV, practically as one may understand, and it would not have been possible to accommodate bags in the passenger cabin, due to risk of injury, and as standard practice we would expect all of them to be stowed in the luggage compartment (other than small personal hand bags).
Hence, we had recommended that you upgrade to a Minivan (which was the only option to accommodate all that luggages).
We also recollect that we offered a significantly reduced price for the upgrade, given that you are a repeat customer and as our goodwill, but you had chosen to cancel the booking and get the refund which we promptly issued to you.
Clearly communicating the exact number of bags, big or small would avoid this issue in the future. Thank you for your kind understanding. Tranzitt never ever engages in unfair pricing techniques and it is one of our founding principles to be fair and transparent in any and all circumstances.
We wish you the best, and do appreciate you taking the time out to express your opinion, and also providing an opportunity for us to explain the best way to manage luggage information during the time of booking.

The driver was excellent. Texted few minutes before arrival to say he is on his way.Arrived on time. Very pleasant and polite. He drives safely. Overall, very good experience. I used Tranzitt 3 times so far to go the the airport and every time I had excellent service from the staff and drivers. I night recommend them.

My new go-to taxi service
I had my first ride with Tranzitt a couple of days ago from London to Windsor and it was so great, I used them again for my return to London.
Everything was super easy and the drivers both showed up on time, if not early, and they followed the best routes for the quickest journey times.
Shout out to Shree, who was fabulous at checking in, to provide updates before and throughout the trip.
Fully recommend for good prices and they are quickly becoming my go-to taxi service!
