I would highly recommend Transport Luxury Auto, TLA, and would use their services again. This was a first time experience for me. Alex at TLA was awesome!! He was patient with me from the start and explained every detail of the process to ship a car to me. The day before the delivery I was notified of a time frame of delivery. The day of delivery I was called and notified of specific time the driver would arrive. He was right on time!! The driver was very specific about my car every scratch, scuff, and ding on my car was noted on paperwork. They really do a very detailed exterior inspection of your auto when they pick it up. I found this very helpful because I made my purchase site unseen. I am so glad I trusted TLA to transport my car!!! Hope this helps!

Excellent service and they KEEP THE PROMISE!

I initially had a deal with other company. They told me they could ship my car as late as July 3rd, however, this did not happen... So when I called them to ask when the pick up would take place, they avoided the question and kept repeating "we are doing our best". I got frustrated because they have been telling me the same thing from day 1 of expected pick up date. They provided me neither reassurance nor any time frame. At least something like - give us three more days - would have been acceptable.

Since I was fed up with this other company, I called TLA. TLA told me they could get me a truck in 2 days right there. I do not have a good grasp how this industry works, but this was a very different response... I canceled the order of other company and moved on to TLA that day. As promised, the truck picked up my car on July 5th, and I got my car today on July 7th. (North Carolina to Iowa)

I would definitely use TLA again.

Shane was my contact. Quick with the quote and follow-up communications. He located a transporter that was perfect to move my antique truck 800 miles. Everything went smoothly and event free. I highly recommend Transport Luxury Auto.
