I bought a adult single day ticket and the tram never arrived

I did not get a quote in 30 seconds as they advertise.

Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. We were let down by a previous company we had booked with. I rang Transport Executive who bent over backwards to help us. They fit us in at very short notice. The two men who moved our furniture arrived on time (actually 10 mins early), were super professional and personable. All in all, a fantastic service. This is the second time I used this service and both were excellent and exceeded my expectations on punctuality, politeness of the staff and overall service. Vehicle provided was bigger than expected, and the service was done before the 2h deadline. Will definitely use again.

Anthony and his colleague Manuel moved us from London to Winchester - and went out of their way to accommodate us when we had been let down at the very last minute by another removal company.
I’d been told about them via a friend who had used them for years and said how good they were.
They were quick, efficient and reliable. Also very friendly and smiley (something needed in the stress of a move...kids, animals, heirlooms, antiques and husband’s precious golf clubs!)
I normally wouldn’t write on these things but I was so impressed, especially as I recommended them to my mother in law shortly after and she too received the same excellent service. Would highly recommend.

I used their services for two moves one of which from Paris and they were both great.
They packed everything nicely and transported it safely to the new home.
Yes there were some little problems and delays but nothing unusual in two complex moves with lot of things and potential problems.
They worked hard and long hours and I would use them again for sure.

I was sold a packing and removal service and guaranteed it would be done in a day. I told Anthony how much stuff i had and that i was on the 7th floor. I literally told him how many tables, sofas, chairs, clothes and beds i had.

He now denies this and makes out that i downplayed how much stuff i had. Why would i lie? You can't lie about this stuff. It is a 3 bed flat, and we are not hoarders so it is not excessive either.

Two men came with 10 medium sized. They soon saw there was too much stuff so more men were called. Children without experience came. They were on their phones, did not have experience and so were dropping things and bashing walls.

Things weren't done on time. They then refused to deliver the stuff that night. We had to find somewhere to sleep with 0 posessions other than the clothes on our back.

The next day, quite late, i was told i now had to pay double the cost plus extra for the childen.

We tried to argue about the cost and he threatened to keep all our things and put them in storage.

He came down a little but we still ended up paying double what we expected.

There is approaching £1000 worth of damage to our stuff and another £1000 worth of damage to the door frames, paint and woodwork of our flat.

None of the furniture was re-assembled the other end.

Disastrous and stressful move.

If you read this Anthony, you are welcome to reimburse my broken stuff.

I contacted you twice about this after the fact, and you neglected to give me any explanation, or any denial about having my custom.

You had your chance, and I have text messages from your agents confirming the service. Plus, your driver gave me his card. Stop trying to get out of this, at best your drivers are taking your bookings off record. At worst, you're charging more than you advertise here (can't post links, search for Transport Executive Ikea Delivery).

I found the ad online, which clearly states £20 per hour, plus £5 for driver loading. I called the number and booked for a pickup at IKEA, a 15 minute drive from the dropoff location. No quote was given in the phone, so I assumed the website prices applied. The whole service took around 45 mins. I had cash for the expected £25 total, plus was intending to give the driver a £5 tip, since he was punctual and polite. After dropoff he asked for £70. When I queried this, he showed me the text from his dispatcher stating that price. I paid, since he was clearly not at fault, intending to claim back from the company. They haven't responded to two messages so far. Avoid this fraudulent company. I'll be reporting to trading standards.

I needed a van last minute to collect some large items which had been donated to a community project. I had less than 48 hours to find a van before the items were to be chucked in the skip. After several let downs, a different company turning up with a van which was too small and other quotes that were too high and unreasonable - transport executive, not only were able to offer me a fair price and at such a short notice but they also went above and beyond to offer me their assistance and at a reduced price for a good cause. The driver was very friendly and turned up on time. No issues at all and saved me a lot of stress! Absolutely will be using again and referring to friends.

Second time I have used these guys and they are the only people I would go to now! They couldn’t be more professional, helpful and Accommodating. Thanks for everything guys and , no doubt, I will be in touch again soon!

Great service- previous arrangement with another man&van let me down and this company managed to rescue my moving out and in in 30mins. Great company of one of the worked made it so much easier.
