Outstanding customer service, second to non, this is my second crate from them
The quality and engineering are excellent, I would not trust my dogs safety in any other cage

Superb Products and Service!
Have purchased both drawers and cages from them and they are just spot on, the quality of the systems with the inserts is superb, and on the hospitality inserts the quality of the cups and accessories is really good, service has also always been spot on, been a customer for a couple of years now and highly recommend.

Next day delivery was above and beyond what I expected. This is my second dog cage purchase and I am delighted with the service received. Many thanks.

Brilliant service from start to finish. This is my 3rd box and every time they are simply wonderful.

Been looking at TransK9 C48 Dog Transit box and decided to buy one, Kerri ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️was brilliant I sent a number of emails regarding my purchase and all my questions were answered 👍👍. The dog transit box was very well packaged and delivered when they said it would.

Wonderful people and products
I honestly cannot recommend TransK9 highly enough. From my very first contact with Jeanette I felt completely supported and valued. She and Andrew have been incredibly kind and helpful throughout and it is clear how much they care about the people and dogs who use their products.

What they have given me is so much more than a product. Knowing that my young sprocker spaniel, Dilly, who is in training to become a search and rescue dog, will be travelling in a crash tested crate designed with her safety as the priority is an enormous comfort. That peace of mind is priceless, especially when we are on the road so often for training and deployments.

The quality of the C56 crate and accessories is outstanding. Everything feels solid, carefully designed and built to last. The bumper mat, airflow fan and accessory hooks all make a real difference in day to day use and it is obvious that every detail has been thought through.

What really sets TransK9 apart is the people behind the brand. Jeanette and Andrew are genuine, passionate and incredibly supportive. They truly care about dogs, their safety and the people who work with them.

If you are considering a dog transport solution, I would not look anywhere else. TransK9 combines first class products with first class service and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the very best for their dog.

If you need a car crate there is really only one place you need to go. They are the best in the business.
We have just bought our second crate off them. We cant thank them enough.

Thank you for all your help with my new K9 Dog Transit box. The team at Prestwick could not have been more helpful when I picked my box up.
The box gives me the confidence that my dogs are safe and they include an escape route from the back if required which is something that’s very important to me.
The matériels used are of such good quality and the box is strong and makes the dogs journey comfortable.
The box is great to look at, strong and practical and gives me the assurance my dogs are safe in transit.

This is the 2nd Trans K9 I have purchased along with other accessories due to my previous purchase being stolen along with my car. The customer service is 2nd to none especially Jeanette who was very kind and thoughtful during a time of distress. The crates fits perfectly in my RAV 4 allowing me to travel safely with my dogs. Thank you 🙏

I've been looking at the K9 Transit product line for months now. The staff have been extremely helpful in keeping me up to date with when my particular vehicle make and model had been reviewed vs their product range and as soon as it had I was first in the queue. Their product is as good as their customer service and I know my dog will travel in absolute comfort and protection. Couldn't rate this product more highly

Brilliant customer service. Confirmed I had chosen correct cage at 9.05am. Ordered at 9.08am Tuesday, delivered beautifully wrapped at 8.12am Wednesday morning. Fitted snuggly by 10am with no problems.

The administration of the Company and the pleasure talking to a real person impressed me as soon as I contacted TransK9 They answered all my questions and were very helpful. The crates are very well made and the website is clear and concise.

This is the 3rd Trans K9 box I have bought for a variety of vehicles. Great customer service from ordering thought to delivery. Really high quality product. The dogs love it and are very secure on long journeys.

Kerry and Jeanette were very helpful on the phone and Email as my new Dacia Bigster had only just been released.
We settled on the C23 cage and delivery was exceedingly swift, it arrived the day before scheduled.
Excellent fit and our dog jumped straight in and settled down and she loves it so do we.
TransK9 was recommended to us as we have previously used other forms of dog transit cages and I can say this is certainly the best for us and wish we found TransK9 before.
The construction is excellent and would certainly recommend 100%
