Trans-K9 Dog Transit Boxes Bewertungen

My second crate purchase with TransK9 and the experienice only gets better.
Communication is excellent. Sharon gave advice and responded to my queries efficiently. I was advised of my expected delivery date at the time of purchase, this was confirmed with a follow up call from Sharon and then email backup and a call from pallet line with a timeslot for delivery
The crates arrived today, as arranged. They were superbly packaged, along with the ordered accessories and had clearly been handled with care.
The quality of TransK9 crates is second to none. From the ease of opening the doors to the escape hatch at the rear. Small details like door buffers stop any rattling and the vet bed is top quality too. Everything from order to delivery was just perfect. That, on top of their excellent safety standards, makes TransK9 the only choice as far as I'm concerned. And of course they were in my car and in use within 10 minutes.
I only changed my crates as I had a change of vehicle. My 'old' crates are still going strong and even after six years of daily use, have many years of life in them.
I am loving the updated and remodelled range, my new crates look very sleek!
I 100% recommend TransK9 crates to anyone

This is the second dog crate Ive bought and again I’m not disappointed. You can see how Trans K9 have evolved and that quality along with the excellent customer care are exemplary. Willow just has to get used riding in it.

TransK9 came highly recommended, and I can see why. I spoke to Sharon over the phone to arrange my order, and the level of service and product knowledge was very impressive. My C49 cage arrived very well packaged, but it only took seconds to install in the car, and fits our Volvo XC40 perfectly. Our dogs can now travel with us safely and securely.

This is the second crate I have purchased from Transk9, Service and crate amazing.
Really can't thank Sharon enough again, took my deposit as my crate model had sold out and was out of stock.
Really a fantastic turn around time, only a few weeks and I have my new crate.
Can't fault this company, everything they tell you just happens.
Delivery service and courier 100% again.
Treat your dogs to a luxury crate from Transk9, not only is the quality superb, you can relax knowing that you dogs are secure and safe when driving.
Many Thanks again ...

We visited Trans-K9 today to buy a dog cage for our 2 border terriers. Sharon was very helpful when we phoned before hand and had set aside for us the cage that she recommended to fit our car and the dogs. Sharon and Rob were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We are very happy with our purchase. We would thoroughly recommend Trans-K9.

What excellent customer service and a very professional approach from start to finish. Sharon was incredibly helpful in sending photographs of the model I required to fit my car. I was kept fully informed of the progress of my order. The box was delivered on a pallet and it had been securely packaged. Since having the box, I have received several compliments on the high quality workmanship and safety features. I would highly recommend Trans-K9.

From the phone call to order a cage for my new vehicle, to delivery, I have had excellent service from Trans-K9. Sharon checked my vehicle details and enquired about my dog to ensure I was ordering the correct cage. Delivery date was arranged with me, and cage was delivered as planned. Cage was well packed, delivered undamaged, easy to place into vehicle and fitted well.

First day out with our new travelling cage in the new Ford Ranger. Fabulous build quality. Three Labradors travelled today and loved it. Need to install the fan for warm days. Thank you Sharon for your excellent customer service.

many thanks to Sharon Marshall she was a great help in sorting out the correct cage and extras. many thanks.

Great company, great product. The team at Trans-K9 are so user friendly, makes the whole process easier. Great knowledge, no hassle from start to finish. The quality of the product is outstanding. Just upgraded from single to double unit, wouldn't consider any other brand. Thanks to Sharon & team.

Arrived today, really pleased with whole purchase, just need to get the dog used to it as normally on back seat with a harness on. Great customer service and even delivery driver said these were great quality crates.

Had used different manufacturers dog cage systems which were next to useless
hence we ordered TransK9 double cage for our 2 crafty young golden retrievers who previously escaped from old systems
However once we received our new TransK9 C50 dog cage we were blown away by the build quality and fit for my vehicle and dogs fit with room to spare👍

Sharon was extremely helpful, responsive and communicative and the product itself looks and feels great - a quality product with quality service. I also ordered various accessories (straps, lead hooks, door stops, non-spill water bowl) and they are similar in quality. Can definitely recommend this company if you are considering a dog cate for your vehicle.

After numerous searches for a dog crate for our lurcher we eventually decided on Trans K9. We weren't disappointed. The attention to design was superb, with the external contours of the crate utilising virtually the whole of the available boot space. Materials and construction were also first class resulting in a well engineered product. Our lurcher loves it, we love it, so if your in the market for a quality bespoke dog crate look no further than Trans-K9

The company were so easy to contact and were extremely helpful in answering our questions prior to buying the C27 for our two spaniels. It arrived on time and was so easy to install. We were ready to go with the dogs within 15 mins of receiving it. We're planning a long trip abroad with them in a few weeks looking and are delighted with the quality and comfort of the cage. Very happy indeed!

The company is excellent at communicating with you and helping with your choice of dog crate. Many thanks to Sharon for her excellent communication and keeping us updated with regards to our order and delivery. Highly recommend TransK9, this is our second crate we have had from them and the build quality is second to none. Thank you.

A fantastic product and brilliant customer service make for a very satisfied customer. Thank you again for all of your help.

Can't recommend enough, Sharon helped me with all my questions and had my cage delivered on time as promised.
Cage is perfect for my 2 dogs and I feel restassured my dogs are safe. Very well made and the escape hatch is a perfect compliment to the design.

High quality and made to measure, our new dog box fits perfectly in our car. Amazing service from both, contact with Sharon and meeting Rob. Life saving piece of kit and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for keeping your dogs safe and secure.
