A well priced, quick, and efficient service. There were some issues with incorrect word interpretation, which I believe was due to language differences. I really didn't know what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend.

The turnaround time was excellent. I didn't wait long at all. The accuracy was astounding. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The pricing was misleading - advertised at from 55p per minute yet I paid 92p. No choice between US English and English spellings. Commas and capital letters mis-used. The worst for me though was I editing the text in their editor, saved it, and when I uploaded to my Youtube video none of my editing had been saved.

I appreciate the accuracy of the transcribing my minutes where there are 12 individuals speaking - some at the same time. I also am thankful for the quick turnaround of between 24-48 hours when it would normally take me weeks to devote time to transcribe the recording.

I am new to this service. Generally Satisfied for what i get for the price, however, wish that the transcriber would use some common sense when it comes to transcribing Dollars and Cents. i.e., when i say "twelve dollars and fifty cents", they should transcribe "$12.50". this being said, i do understand the "verbatim" needs for most people. But for me, in Real Estate, it adds a lot of work having to go back and fix things that seem so obvious to me. But, again, this services saves me and my team a lot of TIME. I suppose the positives outweigh the negatives.

On a couple of occasions I misunderstood what I needed to do. The folks at Transcription Puppy were willing to correct my mistakes without charging me. After using a number of transcription services I found that TP is one of the most accurate with the some of the most affordable prices. I plan to continue to use Transaction Puppy.

Initially I wrote a review that was only one star as the work I received wasn't great.
I received an email from Transcription Puppy wanting to show me that they can do great quality work. I gave them the opportunity to show me that they could produce good transcripts.
Within the week I had received copies of my transcripts that were much better. Much better.
