Human factors- the fundamentals
Fantastic course tutors, easy to interact with and ask and answer questions. Great mix of different types of medical and veterinary clinical backgrounds. Came away with some great tools to approach conversations at work to focus on where changes can be made.

Brilliant training course
We had training with Claire who was brilliant! She gave us a chance to discuss our own experiences and shared tips and tricks on how to deal with difficult patients. Having attended so many courses over the years with the NHS, now working at a brilliant private clinic, this is by far the best experience I've had to date.

Trainetics leadership and human factors course
Trainetics run leadership and human factors courses, they are based in the British Airways training Centre at Heathrow Airport. I've just been on a course and I have to say it was thoroughly impressive. Very well organised, a great venue, but more importantly the content of the course was perfect. Well delivered, well structured, memorable,, good bite-size chunks so I never lost interest in the sessions. Really detailed instruction on leadership, which will be really useful in the future. Thoroughly recommended.

Good training experience on Human Factors

Great teaching
Great teaching, very useful. The experience of using the flight simulator at BA was second to none! I would highly recommend this course as it gives great leadership training that is relevant to working in the NHS and it is also great value and super fun! It was cool to be able to venture behind the scenes at BA and to have access to the experience of flying a plane. The pilots delivering the training were highly knowledgeable and very approachable with relevant experience.
