The real estate course for a new sales agent was so poorly written I felt there was no way to succeed. Misspellings and grammatical errors were in every slide. Some slides had wording cut off that I couldn't read. The quiz questions had bad grammar. The material is grossly out of date; which I realized after enrolling in a new school with current century material. No one needs to know about how England kings owned land in the 1800s to sell homes!!! Waste of my time and mad they get to keep an admin fee from my refund!

It is not a very good website for you to learn the real estate courses. First of all, the slices are ridiculously long and complicated and it is not organize very well. These is the worst online education you can get. I follow all the slices and still not be able to complete exam very well. problem is the material and how they organize the lesson. Very bad and not effiencient. even for some test questions, the answers are wrong. unless you have extremely excellent study ability and summarize capability. I wouldn't recommend this package for people who wants to take Texas realtor license exam

The ONLY good thing about this company is that they offer the lowest rates for the courses required to obtain a real estate license! BEWARE: You get what you pay for!
-The grammar is horrible! It is obvious that they do not proof read the course content before offering it to their students.
-There have been many times that there are questions on a quiz/test over a subject or specification that was not included in the text.
-They do not reply to students questions that are submitted via the "ask the instructor" button in the courses.
After I purchased the courses I was emailed a review. I answered it honestly and mentioned the issues above. I also included in the review that it took me having to reach out to every email address available on the website in order to receive a response to the questions I had submitted and that the response to emailing every email available told me to check my spam mail for responses. I checked my spam every day after this. Following, I only received a response to 1 of the 4 questions I had submitted, the answer to the submitted question being "yes" and this response appeared in my inbox - not my spam. Their response to my review, which is posted with the review online but can not be responded to, said I needed to expand the amount of time that my spam folder deleted its contents. REALLY????
I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I sent in a question that never got answered.

The monotone voice of each chapter is horrible. The quizzes are repeated answers over and over and over again. The spelling errors is absurd throughout the program. I forcing myself to finish this program because I paid $500. Go find another program if you can this one sucks.

This is my 2nd week in and I am loving it! I study when I have time and I have been doing great when it comes to testing!

It's great. But it was perfect if we received a welcome letter and instruction package by mail by signing up the courses.

They must be paying people to give 5 stars. I absolutely cannot wait to be finished with Train Agents and I will never use them again. The audio often contradicts the reading and the information is spread out all over the place. All of this time working on these lessons have been more and more frustrating the further I continue. I have finished all of the lessons and am working on the practice cram exams which have some questions about things that were not covered in any of the lessons. The math training is beyond terrible and the answer solutions are often missing the math symbol you should be using to solve the problem. If you're interested in real estate training do not use Train Agents.

So Far, easy to use. The "instructor" has a verbal lesson for every section and he almost always starts his lesson with the word "alright." He is VERY monotone. I almost always turn off his audio and just read.
There are a few spelling errors in the reading, which seems odd for a professional publication.
