Educational, Clear, and Easy!

Thanks GOD. I love this program.

This is the 2nd RE program I have used because the first was so bad. I like this one. It is broken down into small pieces that fit together well. It provides decent examples. There are some typos that can make a statement questionable, occasionally...which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. But for the price and content. It appears to be worth it. Granted, I am only 6 sections in. Also the tests have rotating questions, so you can’t just retake and copy old answers. This is a plus for learning material.

I have completed my first two courses so it’s kinda frustrating to assume that I have to fill out a form before I go any further.

Fake advertisement on the internet. Most of it's courses are expired. But they didn't tell you until you finished the purchase. Not trust-worthy.

The training was great but once I was done with the course there was no way to get ahold of anyone in regards to the completion information getting to PSIExams so I could take the test. I waited 6 days and still PSIExams has no information from them. I am eager to get the test completed. I am likely to go somewhere else as I am not very good when I pay money for a service and they just put me on autopilot. Content great service so far not so much.

They have one of the best deals that I've seen.

It is like someone dropped a book of lose pages and then just stacked them in random order. Even the chapters have bit pieces of one important item and then go into something completely different and then finish off in something entirely different. None of the topics having a beginning or an end. No help or assistance when asking for help. This course will take many additional hours of research to simply find the titles through Google of what they are referring to or what RCW is of topic. I feel like Jack in The Shining.

Great place to get my first renewal. When trying to use my phone, the slides got cut off.

I needed some assistance, and you cannot "speak" to anyone. A time-sensitive email - requesting assistance - hasn't been answered since 10/17/17 (today is 12/11/17!). The program is fine...but there are definitely more engaging and interesting formats available. Do your research! Sometimes it's not all about the $..and I wish I would have remembered that!

Easy to sign up and has help out agents to be really prepare for their tests. We plan to continue sending each of our new hires to Train Agents to get licensed.

I used Train Agents to obtain my broker's license and every subsequent renewal. They are the best!!

Very easy to use online course to study at your own pace.

Honestly, one of the worst courses I have ever taken. There are so many grammatical and factual errors throughout. Being from a different country I cannot believe I am the one who has to call those issues out. When this was brought to the attention of the training course folks, their response was pretty much "too bad so sad it was approved by the state". They take no pride in their courses, it is very difficult to read and follow. The mistakes throughout the course are ridiculous, I understand one or two every now and again, but this was seriously on pretty much every page of the course. It's like a sixth greater edited this information. I would absolutely not recommend this course to anyone. Don't waste your money. Worst course I've ever taken. Oh and to top it off when I asked the instructor a question it took over 48 hours for her to respond, and her response was actually wrong when I asked the state.
